Which ended up causing them a victory over the All Blacks that autumn as Sam Underhill scored after Courtney Lawes went offside at a ruck so Italy’s tactic along with Eddie Jones saying that wasn’t rugby mate in his interview despite a 35-17 England win meant the All Blacks won at Twickeham

Lol the 0:21 wasn’t high iq it was just bad refereeing

The England defence on the right of the screen were all ready. It was the fault of Anthony Watson and others casually walking back from the huddle.
Also, George Ford decided to call a huddle under the posts while Farrell was with the ref. Bad move.

@@syslash2617 The ref doesn't have to wait for them, he just has to give them ample time, which he did and is how the left wing was ready. The right wing are just ambling back.
Watch Squidge rugby's video on that match. Breaks that moment down really clearly

@@barryoffeastenders Squidge, the Welshman, breaks that moment down clearly. Nah perhaps an unbiased view would be better. The ref told Farrell to speak to his players, which is what he gathered them to do. Something similar happened with John Smit and SA against Ireland when ROG took a quick tap and the saffas were filthy about it.
The ref was simply appalling that day

the first video was blatant terrible refereeing. One of the worst reffed games ive ever watched and that decision could only be explained by severe incompetency or cheating. You cant tell a team to go have a chat with all the players then when they do that say the other team can have a free try with no prior warning. Pathetic.

High IQ Moments in Rugby is a lazy and mistaken title for this sort of banal video. IQ has very little to do with athletic prowess. Intuition and a range of other Intelligences are at play. The implication of the title is insulting; that most of the time players are unintelligent/stupid., which they demonstrably not. I suspect that Andrew Forde (clearly a lover of Rugby) is projecting his ignorance onto players; not a sound premise for any kind of commentary. Embarrassing for him.
