It's called comparisons, you wouldn't understand. Let me explain, when a REAL LIFE event occurs, people may compare their experiences to what they are watching.
So what if the bra strap was showing, at least everyone knows she was wearing a bra. The judge was out of line. She was supposed to judge on her performance, NOT HER OUTFIT.
This moment was absolutely incredible. These girls didn't even like each other but they knew what was right and they stood up against it. Beautiful solidarity.
I still remember being around 12-13 years old at my doctors office my bra strap was slightly exposed and she covered it with my shirt sleeve and said âhoney no one needs to see thatââŠâŠ. That shit has always stuck with me. I canât remember what my appointment was for but I remember I was really sick it was something like a horrible sinus infection so bad I couldnât swallow my medicine they gave me, yet before even examining me my bra strap was her first concern. I remember being so creeped out that she even touched me to cover my strap , I told my parents and they didnât really care but as soon as I told my sister and her bf they lost it.
That's what sportsmanship looks like. Remember your teammate or opponent may be treated unfairly today, tomorrow it will be you. Stand up to unfairness and injustice whenever you can
As a gymnast and watching this those gymnast should know that if judges see your braw straps or under wear you will get docked points itâs not being a bad judge it is just the rules
Fun fact : If you think the gymnastic refree is being unfair or unreasonable to your scores, you can legally tell them to do the exact move you perform and if they did it worse than you, you get to change your points
Like yea you can say the judge was wrong but she still gave the girl a 9.5. That's a 9.5 out of 10. In what world is that bad enough to pull shit like they did after? People mostly rate video games on a 0 to 10 scale. Imagine a game gets a widespread review of 9.5 and the devs just say fuck it and add updates to the game that shit on and make fun of the players cause of of a 0.5 point away from perfect score
you donât know how gymnastics works. 0.5 points is a lot. the lowest score iâve ever gotten at any competition is like an 8.6 i think. maybe take grades as an example. a 90% might be considered good, but an 85% is nothing to celebrate. if it still doesnât make sense, then you need to me a gymnast to understand. itâs a lot more than you think. (i donât want to come off as like rude or anything btw iâm just trying to explain pls donât think iâm mad or anything)
Fun fact, it is practically impossible to get a perfect score in these kinds of sports because they will make something up to deduct points because if they just gave a perfect score they think it looks like they weren't doing their job.
I believe that in real gymnastic competitions the gymnast could ask the judge to fix there score and if the judge does the move better than nothing happens but if the judge does it worse then they give you the score you asked for I think.
From everything ive heard about gymnastics its people doing cook stuff for a snobbish dork to say minus 1x10^-6 points for breathing wrongly and minus .3 points for wearing blue
Real gymnastics refs operate with the mindset that a perfect score is impossible and there is always something wrong with it, and that if they can't find it, then they are wrong It causes a lot of rating issues and causes functionally perfect performances to get called out for things that aren't in the rules cause the refs HAVE to find something wrong under their own guidelines

That's a demerit
the judge was a Karen
â@@mightyobserver12that's also a kermit the frog
Spoiler Alert: The judges were biased against the coach, the bra strap showing was just an excuse they used to give the girl lower marks.
The judge has some grudge on the gymnasts coach probably
Always remember
If the character made you mad then they did a good job

Not in gymnastics.
In gymnastics you have to get a perfect 10 to pass
But taking away 5 points FOR A BRA STRAP SHOWINGâŠ. in gymnastics thatâs a lot
AGREED đ
She was suppoused to have 10 but BC OF THE BRA she has 9.5
Remember, if an actor/actress makes you mad. They did a good job.
Now, that's loyalty.
Gymnastic judges got the softest hearts, be scoring you less points for the smallest things.
That's what sportsmanship looks like. Remember your teammate or opponent may be treated unfairly today, tomorrow it will be you. Stand up to unfairness and injustice whenever you can
If a coach gets angry at a score the judge has to show it equally or more
Good sportsmanship of the opponent

when you hire a Karen to be the judge
You mean an actress đ
Gymnastics judges be waking up extra early to hate on everyone
Just proves to show that Karen's are the WORST referees of the century!
I saw this movie. They were all "in your face" to the judges. The competitor actually decided among themselves who would win.
Thats why we need referees who can also perform the move that they are judging
That's what I call camaraderie, even though she was a rival. She conducted herself honorably.
Taking points from someone for something that was completely out of their control at the time is extremely ridiculous.
As a gymnast and watching this those gymnast should know that if judges see your braw straps or under wear you will get docked points itâs not being a bad judge it is just the rules
I do not believe the judge could pull the move she judged to be "imperfect"

I hope this competition had more rounds so... Ummm... We could see them "rebel" more.
