Another Filter Conspiracy, John Deere AM125424 Lawn Mower Oil Filter Cut Open

What is going on with these filters and why are there so many different types of filters with the same part number?

Between the three, I think I would go with the middle filter. The filter on the right looks to be a Champ Lab. made.

The better quality filters usually have coil springs in them. The difference between the three Deere filters surprises me.

Believe the Kawi filter for my FX730V is 20 microns vs these 32 microns too.
