Who the hell thinks it's a good idea to throw shoes on stage? Got to give Dave credit for dancing his away around all of them. A part of me wonders if the temporary distraction is what caused his flub in the second verse.
I didn't notice the shoe throwing, although at the end when he said "you didn't get me, you didn't get me..." it seemed like someone threw a vortex football (at him?), then he picked it up
