Hey Chris. I have a 2017 zx6r abs. Want to send my ecu in to have it flashed, but don't want to be down, while waiting for the ECU to get back. Thinking about finding a used ecu for a decent price, and sending it instead. Are there any differences with a non abs ecu compared to a ecu with abs? Or does the abs aspect have anything to do with that box?
I'm waiting on the new ZX10R myself. Hopefully they add a color TFT display, cruise control and update/refine the rest of the nannies. My biggest hope is that they add a dedicated fuel gauge.

Chris, I have a Woolich Racing "Kit" with Race Tools enabled for my 2017 ZX-10RR. I've logged over 700 miles and flashed at least 30+ times. For the life of me, I cannot "dial in" the Quickshifter (ms) values. The quickshifts are horrible using the foot lever alone, but slightly rolling off the throttle while simultaneously using the foot lever is money. So I suspect it is in the Quickshifter (ms) values, but I can not for the life of me dial anything in. Can I give you a call and kind of compare a few notes on your 10RR Quickshifter (ms) values for 1-2 and 2-3? I put down 196.8 but damn, my quickshifter shifts are HORRIBLE and makes riding not very enjoyable. Can I give you a call?

It's the bike Kawasaki sells to be competitive in world superbike racing. You see those race bikes have to be loosely based on a stock production bike, so the more up spec you make the stock bike the better off you'll be racing it.
The RR comes with a different cylinder head to allow for higher lift race cams, the regular zx10r cams come fitted though but the head design is there to allow for a swap. Also lighter magnesium wheels are equipped, an up/down quick shifter, cool bodywork, and a collector item vin number if you're into collecting. Supposedly only 500 made.
There's one I'm looking at now used but the guy wants 20 grand for it, less than 500 miles not even broke in, we'll see if we can talk him off that price. It's not drastically different than a regular zx10r, I really love the green though and would buy it for the green color, and mag wheels. It also supposedly has titanium connecting rods I forget to mention.
