Tutorial-Ception: The New Player Tutorial, Tutorial in Star Citizen

Hey I heard you like tutorials, so I put a tutorial in your tutorial so you can... you know the rest. In todays installment I take advantage of the soft reset of player characters for patch 3.22 and run through the new player tutorial. Its somewhat buggy and I've heard accounts of people having issues completing it, so I put this together to show exactly how to complete it reliably!
