I love all of the homes.
It actually had real quality door hinges on the interior doors. I don't know why so many manufacturers cut costs on the cheap hinges. This is one thing I look for in a better built home.

The better hinges are also mortised (door and jamb). The "motises" on the door as well as the jamb are actually holding the majority of the door weight. The screws just hold the hinge into the mortises. You have a keen eye for detail. Cheers.

I noticed that too. I've seen single wide manufactured homes that have the island, but they leave out the dining table area.
I guess after I worked as a repo rep for Green Tree I have formulated some very strong opinions. I also have lived in several mobile/manufactured homes. To me Schult qualitywise is one of the best. But there are issues I can’t understand. On the front side of the house why not an exterior water faucet? Most parks the front of the house the parking pad is nearest the front door. Who wants to drag 150 feet of garden hose around to wash their car. It’s me I guess but I’m not a fan of the “country” sink in the kitchen. I prefer one side to wash and one side to rinse. I am not a fan of wire shelving. Most of your videos show wood rods and shelves. Another of my pet peeves is master closets that open in the bathroom. I, for one, do not want bathroom smells getting into my closet. I looked at three of your Schult videos and they all had bedroom entrances for the closet. Resale wise a double sink in the bathroom is good. Women like that. Kitchen wise. The three I viewed showed lots of drawers. So many have only three or four. I like a window over the sink. I think plugs in the island would be important. Blenders, mixers, griddles, deep fryers, rotisserie’s etc. My final pet peeve is on most three bedroom homes is the location of the guest bath. Most of the time it appears across the hall from the guest bedrooms. And that hallway is exposed to the eating/living area. Imagine if you will you came to visit. You and I in the kitchen eating area, your wife gets up, wants to cross the hall to use the facilities. Embarrassment time? Thank you for listening to my grumps. Keep up the good work. Maybe show the front side of the islands in your future videos.

All the more reason to give us all the facts while we are watching. There are a few other dealers in a closer proximity to where the majority of the population in this state lives.
