I love Oak Creek Homes I lived in one years ago built very well!! Floor plans are family planned And the colors are great. Love that green and cream. A coffee porch. How cute. I wish I could afford one. My mobile is so old But manufactured home is best house for your money!! And if maintained resale is good !! When your family grows or you down size !!
I think the house is Beautiful and warm. Inviting and warm. And don't knock all the Granny's decorating schemes. Every woman becomes a "Granny" if she lives long enough. Think of all the wonderful delicious cakes and cookies dear granny could make you!

One thing I'll said..lots of negative comments here i own one allready i live there for 7 years beautiful doble wide that i purchased new for 120k. I paid 3/4 of it now and the double wide did depreciate lots but then i build my new home on the same property cuz i bought 5 acres and now im renting my double wide for 1500 a month..and a 5 year period i will come on top of what i paid for that double wide not counting what i save on the years i live there...and i know lots of people that they do the same they rent them to catch on the depreciation.
I've been watching this video for over 3 hours and have now changed every one of the batteries in my smoke detectors. Thank God you played a big expensive complicated game of peek-a-boo with the master bathroom closet, brought my sense of humor back. I was left feeling a bit incomplete at the end of this video. From the outside of the home, I thought it would be much bigger inside. I don't know what it is, maybe it was the camera angle Or the lack of light. Just didn't seem to go with the outside of the house. Very nice though, I nearly cried when I saw the kitchen.

This is a beautiful home... Very rich and elegant. I'm sure if you wanted to change the paint colors, etc to lighten It up a bit, that would probably be an option. I do agree that there is some wasted space in the living room. However, I love the sitting room in the master, the pantry, the stone work, and detail. It's very nicely done! One feature I would love, but have seldom seen is an enclosed patio. Is that a possibility?
The only problem with manufactured homes is the resale value sucks, and the greedy landlords charge a fortune for park rent. Other than that, they are great. This one though the wall to wall carpeting was to dark.
Loved this home when you walk in and it's open and so comfortable! Kitchen looks gorgeous also, but you missed it by not talking about counter-tops and cabinetry. Rounded corners on counters are great because if someone slips and falls in the kitchen, they don't hit a dangerous sharp corner. Did not like tub in center of bathroom (don't care for tubs anyway), and shower should have seat. Closets nice. Personally liked reading room, seems so serene.
I think the lighting will give a wonderful feeling of welcoming and warmth..... as you know it can create such a nice atmosphere. I am so impressed that you are open to suggestions. Some of those table lamps illuminated will really add to the look with that certain extra something! Thank you for your gracious response Don.

£185K seems a bit steep to me. My home in Plano, TX is worth the same and I have a pool, double garage etc etc I expect mobile homes to be much cheaper than traditional brick built homes!

These two colors work well together! I have seen them used in “high end” $$$ homes that are brick & mortar actual foundational homes with interior decorating?
I agree with Rita. The interior colors work well together throughout the home. I dont think this is a cluttered home. I have seen much worse than what you’re complaining about. As far as colors go, one can order a home any way the buyer would want. If you’re ordering the home have at it!
Am getting educated about these homes, but would never think to call any but the master closet a walk-in. They were more like step in coat closets. Garden tub in middle of the room? Not so much. Would want counter space on either side of stove. Prettier than expected though. Thank you!

Actually those bashing this mess simply have an opinion that differs from yours. You think this is beautiful while it seems that one hell of a lot of others, myself included, find it grotesque. That's how opinions and humans work. Some like stuff others can't stand. No wrongs or rights as It's all a matter of taste and in my opinion whoever decorated this didn't have any...taste that is.
A lot of wasted space. For such a large home, The livingroom is way to small.The room between the 2 bedrooms off the kitchen is not needed nor is the reading area in the master suite. The footage used in both of those spaces should have been used in the livingroom area. Just my opinion.
well I just looked at this home for me what kills is the Rooms they are so small you put a Queen bed and that's it no Room for anything else just big for such small Rooms just a bad positioning of space been used the only normal or ok sized Room is the master bedroom that is the same size as my room and it's quite ok space would like the rooms to be at least 15× 15 mminimum...

I used to manage a mobile home park in Edwardsburg, Michigan. I was a Real Estate agent in Indiana for several years. These credentials should tell you that I know what I’m talking about... One thing that everyone needs to keep in mind is no matter how nice it looks, no matter where they put it, and no matter how big it is when it’s all said and done it’s still a mobile home and they do not hold their value...! Mobile homes do not appreciate in value over the years like a stick built home does...! The fact is they loose money or depreciate in value over time...! Don’t believe me, then look at the for sale section for mobile homes in your area. You will see that all of them are being sold for much less than they were purchased for...! These things do not build equity like a regular home does. You can go out and purchase a cheap home in a good neighborhood, hold on to it for 5 to 10 years and then put it up for sale, you’ll make a profit off it as long as it’s well maintained... Nothing against people who own a mobile home, I used to live in one when I managed a mobile home park, but owning a mobile home is kind of like putting lipstick on a pig... when it’s all said and done at the end of the day your pretty pig is still a pig...
BTW... I do love the purple in this home and NO barn doors... yay!! I would like a door added on for privacy in the master bathroom toilet area. How many square feet? Thanks for the tour. The house is lovely.

The porches should be bigger, if your going to pay good money for a triple you would expect bigger entertainment area through those French door. Admittedly it would have to show in price but a beautiful home.
The quest bedrooms are so plain and small. The living area is beautiful. The master bathroom seems so small and it looks like the garden tub is in the way with it being so small. This just doesn't seem like a triple wide. It's got to much in it and makes it seem smaller. The guest bedroom closets aren't really walk in closets either. The lay out is just weird. It would be different if it was later out better. It's weird having to go through the kitchen to get to the bedrooms. At least in a mobile home it is. I say this cause I grew up in one and none of the bedrooms were just off the kitchen. They were opposite ends of the house from it.
