My first home was a Schult. It was a 1972 single wide. That was back in 1984. I was told the brand is the Cadillac of mobile homes. It was very well made.

Very nice three bdrm home. The front porch is an added attraction, as well as the sliding glass door, which is perfect for a back yard deck or patio. Perfect for a small family.

It would be nice to at least get a ballpark figure on price. I would rather do business with a company I am not totally in the dark with so I would know from the get go what I can afford give or take. I don't want to fall in love only to find out it is totally out of reach.
Carol, there are so many variables when it comes to pricing. Therefore, we visit with customer for few minutes, find out what's needed and then we give an estimate. These homes are beautiful! My only criticisms are, personally, I do not like the darker trim around the ceilings and windows (an in general comment)
Also, as someone who has severe OCD, please ask the pets that be, of it's possible to center the air vents.. either center on the wall, or center of the window.. for me it's very unnerving.. overall, I love the layouts.. this particular walk in closet in the master bath was amazing!!
And I love the gas stove!

Who put bubble wrap on the floor ? Get rid of the column and shelf in the foyer..get rid of the office... put in a 1/2 bath and increase the space to the adjoining room(s) Master bedroom / bath / closet too much dead space in the master bathroom and add a water closet room for the toilet ...put in a real range hood ...move the microwave so it is built into the cabinets...put the HVAC vents in the ceiling...
Like the space for a smaller breakfast table in kitchen and bigger one in dining area. Would like to know what was behind doors in laundry room since I'm very interested if the water heater is very easily accessible behind a regular door etc...

Modular homes are built as per custom specs of the customer. Manufactured/mobile homes are built and sold. Like a car, you buy the one you like. That's why no price, modulars are custom made.
Cars have custom things that can be added or taken away.. so are the houses.. the reason they won't give you a price is because they want you to call them.. I just move on to another dealer.. I don't like sales tactics..i know my finances and won't play there game. Unless they plan on helping me pay for it. If they insist call em, get the floor plan and take it to a dealer that won't play these sales tactics.. any builder can dupli ate most any floor plan

I absolutely love this house. I have a son (12) and a daughter (5) and that workspace would be perfect. The closet and master bath made me fall in love. I love a soaker tub, his and hers sinks and a shower seat. The dining room accent wall in teal is perfect, I decorated my kitchen and living room teal and tan. I do love dark cabinets with light countertops. And I'm looking for a tan exterior with a covered front porch. The picture windows with transom windows up top in the living room are beautiful and that laundry is exactly what we need. I would like an island in the kitchen and a more open concept, but a peninsula will do just fine (I currently have a peninsula). Especially since there's separate dining and an opening to the living and dining from the kitchen. I like that the living room does open up to the dining. THIS HOUSE CHECKS EVERY BOX ON MY LIST. I'm currently in a 16x80 single wide I bought from a family member. I wonder if there are any first time homebuyers deals and if you guys deliver to South Carolina. I'm very interested and I'm trying to receive more info. Thank You!
@Jimo When I say open concept I mean the kitchen being completely open to the living and/or dining room. No wall what so ever in between them. The kitchen is open enough though and very lovely. I love this home.
