Nice home, to much for a bachelor? But very good use of space, like the study nook. I thought I would never say this (because I love them) but I am not sure about black appliances in such a dark cabinet kitchen. The pure white back splash does help it pop. Thanks for not talking through video like some do? Very good presentation, very nice home...

Took in a second viewing today feel sorry for this home looks like it's stuck out in the back and forgotten but actually one of the nicer ones.

Like the space for a smaller breakfast table in kitchen and bigger one in dining area. Would like to know what was behind doors in laundry room since I'm very interested if the water heater is very easily accessible behind a regular door etc...
