Really nice home. I wish you could show a lay out of the home with square footage and dimensions before you entering. Please show us a low to high average cost of this home.
This is a perfect home for a couple looking to downsize after the kids move out. Just perfect for those of us who love outdoor living. Been looking at some lots outside of Tampa that would be perfect. Just put in a back deck with an outdoor kitchen and a pool and your only problem would be how to get rid of relatives that overstay their welcome. LOL!

You are so right about the downsizing. Home builders assume everyone wants to go bigger. They forget about older people that want to downsize. My husband is 81, I am 77, our home has 4 levels. Anywhere you want to go you have to use the stairs. Also I's too much house for me to keep as clean as I use to. Right now we are looking at some lake front property. This little 2 bedroom would be great. Prices would be appreciated.

I think I liked it but who can say. Thanks for the silent movie. I’m sure glad you didn’t tell us anything about it. With all the dizziness from so much camera movement we didn’t have the chance to see anything for more than a second and then it was gone and on to more movement. Great video. Not !

Mary, since it is a smaller home, we decided to put only 2 bedrooms instead of 3 because we wanted to have good size of rooms.
1/2 is for staircase going to the basement.

I’m glad we resolved the issue.
Betta Feta in these show model homes we build the floor the way it is. Then on customer’s site we cut the portion out which is meant for stairs.

What's the difference between a modular home and a double wide
Camaro SS even the more pricey mobile homes? overall modulara do have better rep. Would you feel the difference significantly? never lived in either

Thank you for your feedback. The house is only 48 feet in length, therefore living rooms and all other rooms are proportioned accordingly. As for the wall in the living room, it is a staircase to the basement. The house is ready to set on your basement.
If you are planning on a crawl space, we can take the wall off!

How can this be a modular home with hitches and no doubt wheels on it ? Just used for transport ?
This home is a show home, and it has frames at the moment. Once we deliver the home to customer's site, we take frames off and set the home on a customer's foundation (basement or crawl space)

I went to the website, this exact plan has optional stairs..... Is there an upstairs option for something like a gameroom? (basically the size of a single wide on top? I've seen one with 4 bedrooms down and an upstairs with the space of a single wide... this one would be perfect if I had the option of upstairs space.

Looks to me like this is a manufactured home. Not modular.
The home sits on steel carriers. Once it is delivered and placed on a basement of crawl space, steel beams are going to be removed.

Here's the problem with this home and the Patriot: THAT SHOWER!!! As we grow older, there isn't any way you can get in and out safely with that kind of a unit. Opening should be at the end with a glass partition on the side, or something else besides this!
Atalanta571 the shower isnt that much of a barrier. i looked at 2 yesterday. it does have a step up. but about w hours work and a littl material. it could be ramped. but the glaxx woyld have to be removed by a professional then cut down about 18 inches. to make entry wide enough. shower pan it self is larger than our 4x6 handicappped roll in shower.
