    Very timely. Just what I needed. Interestingly, when "opening the door" to the back I have knocked over large clothes airer and wet washing, big laundry basket, and whacked the fridge!

    I have chronic tension in my neck and shoulders. I’m going to commit to doing this every day the rest of this month and see how much I can release it!

    Happy 2022! I was not able to workout this morning but drove much of the day. This was great for loosening up my neck and shoulders after a day in my car. My first exercise of the new year was loosening up with you! I also did another relaxing stretch routine for my lower body.

    I wish I could get myself up early enough to do this in the morning as it was nice to get blood flowing and get some tension out of my upper back and shoulders. I was funny how uncoordinated my hands were doing that final claw massage!
