I’d love to better understand why the Dylan Howard text(s) aren’t admissible. Truth is truth. What difference does it make to whom the statement was made? Jurors are dismissed because of social media posts to no one in particular. Confessions are made to no one in particular. Wire taps with incriminating content can be made to no one in particular and are still admitted. My god, for a country that is or was “great,” our systems are woefully inadequate, vulnerable, illogical… and too easily perverted by someone with as little shame or ethics as Trump and those he deploys and employs.

JOE BIDEN LIES! 1. Joe Biden lied about not talking to his son about his business dealings. 2. I’ve created over 15 million jobs since I’ve been president. 3. “You know we have 1,000 billionaires in America. Know what their average federal tax is? 8.3%.”. 4. “We’ve already turned it around [on the economy].” 5. “The polling data has been wrong all along.” 6. “Inflation was 9% when I came to office.” 7. “Civilians have been killed in Gaza as a consequence of those bombs, and other ways in which they go after population centers.” 8. “We’re not walking away from Israel’s security. We’re walking away from Israel’s ability to wage war in those areas.” 9. “It made no sense in my view to engage in thinking in Iraq they have a nuclear weapon.” Except Biden voted in favor of the war. 10. “Trump is going to put in a 10% tax that’s going to increase average Americans’ cost $1,500 a year.”
Trump has proposed no such tax. Perhaps Biden means Trump’s plan for a 10% tariff on imported goods, which may or may not cost Americans more money.

@@niclewis9610 That is not true. Cohen had his own crimes for taxes and perjury, but the feds wanted him to give something up about Trump, and when Cohen didn't have anything, he made a deal with prosecutors to claim he violated federal campaign finance laws for Trump so they could then go after him, so he got a plea deal which let him off easy for his own crimes in exchange for saying Trump had him violate campaign finance laws. This shows how corrupt this case is, because there was no violation of campaign finance laws by Cohen or Trump, but in order to invent a crime to get Trump on, the prosecutors are lying and twisting the law to falsely claim a crime when there was no crime.
