The wheels had to be remade, also the labels.

I'm always surprised at how much engineering and technology went into building these old metal toys. You don't see that anymore. Now everything is plastic injection molded.

The idea of heating the tabs to bend them is ingenious. I'm sure many restorationists have broken tabs by bending them 'cold'.

I love seeing another person make their own decals, too many people overlook how much artistry goes into making these things look new again. Great job on that nickel plating too, I was worried it would be too pitted to shine up smooth. I think this one might be a MarX though, and not a Wyandotte.

Another BEAUTIFUL video! One of my teeth decided he wanted to see a dentist over the holidays, so this was perfect to get my mind off of that. It's much better already, the dentist did the right thing, but couldn't do miracles of course. So my comment stays as short as this, although the video would deserve much more detailed admiration, focus in 1:08 for example 😉. Thanks again!
