Pretty cool, would like to see a good badge of some sort.
Brilliance just Brilliance just Brilliance
Amazing you were able to bring this old car back to life.
Great work! I wish you would have painted it red.
Thank you ! Well yes... i should have...
Wao nice work keep it up👏👏👍
Bravo sir! When I first saw that little rusty gem, I thought there’s no way 😄 but again the results turned out fantastic. Wind up toys are definitely my favorite.Great choice on the body! The no paint finish definitely gives it character! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you very much ! Glad you enjoyed 😌🙌
This is a very unique toy! The finish is definitely different and unusual! Congratulations on a beautiful restoration! As always, excellent entertainment, thank you!
Thank you for your great comments. It's very motivating to do even better for the next videos 👨🔧
Did not have much to start with but turned into a real beauty! Thanks
i know its not OG but id be so tempted to paint the body with a REDLINE SPECTRAFLAME color , Ive used these pump steering cars [new old stock] and even out of the box the steering is terrible and they retried a system in the 70s and they were terrible too
Awesome!
Smooth operator Smoooooth operator ,yeah well done work!!👍🌎
Great job, you could have used filler for the pits in the body work though then sanded for a nice even surface (If your painting the body)
Thanks !! 🙏 Yeah you're right, I should have painted it... This is what I'm doing on my other restoration 👉czcams.com/video/kLbSiUV5BCc/video.html
@@TheFabrik Just out of curiosity, why didn't you paint it? It looks like it was originally red with white details, why did you pick metallic with red details? just curious, it looks beautiful either way!
I was thinking this all they way!
I was actually cringing by how pitted the metal was when he started to try and sand it away!
Would have looked so much better with a power coat too
Está muy bueno el video de restauración para no dañar al medio ambiente
I love the steel body and red trim. Very eye catching, 💕♥️☺️
😌🙌 Thank you !!
Nice
What a superb shining car that works so well! Thanks for the video.
Glad you like it! That's my very first vid actually... Thank you very much😌🙏
Yo no uso lija para limpiar los autos, uso virulana de acero en fibra. Deja brillante 🔅 el metal. Saludos
Was awesome to c tht u left it Silver
I like the silver modification
As always , a beautiful job !
powder coating is so much better, fills in alot of the pitting and just looks better
Yep I know... I need one 🙂
A very beautiful thing. Thank you for this very classy work. You are a fountain of creativity. I wish you more brilliance, my friend.
Wow great great restoration friend, have a nice day !!!.

I believe that restoration must not only bring the pristine condition but also make the life easier for a possible future restoration

Cool job, beautiful restoranion buddy, I like it 👍
😃👍🏻🙌🙏 Thank you !!
really cool
Wow!!! So you don’t use regular sand for the sanding machine 😮
Nope it’s glass beads 🙂👍🏻
Absolutely beautiful restoration. The restorer is an artist.!
Beautiful! Your babies are lucky to have such lovely restored toys 💚🤗
Amazing job mate looks great top work 👍👍👍👍
Thank you !! 🙏
If you clean the rust off the inside of the car, it would reassure you a better result that rust might not come back and do more harm to the medal of the car. Beautiful job. Can you restore more cars with electrical components? I want to see lights installed, brakes lights installed and get them to come on.
Thanks for watching and for your advice! 😍 The next objects that I will restore will be rather mechanical but I understand your request!!😉
Precioso trabajo.
Hey brother - I played with this type of cars when I was a boy - I would love to find one to restore. May be soon! Really good solid work sir! I enjoyed it.
Glad you enjoyed !! Not easy to find these models... ;) keep up the good work 💪👌🏻
@@TheFabrik Thank you!
Love it !
🙌🙏
Nice restoration but I would of liked the windows black or silver.
Very nice good job!
Thanks a lot ! Just subscribed to your channel 👊🏻 !!
Maravilloso.
Claro ! 👍🏻
Beautiful work!!!💗
Magnifique!!😁
Thank you !!! Merci beaucoup 😃🙌👍🏻🙏
Muito bom gostei !
Felicitaciones por el buen trabajo 🇵🇪
Muchas gracias 🙏😀👍🏻
Didn't know this French brand. This model is very inspired by the Schuco clockwork ones of the same or slightly earlier period.
Yes it looks like Schucco definitely
Je suis bluffée waou!

The polished metal body really looks good with the red paint. This was a great restoration. Thanks for sharing it.
Thank you John !

Quedó muy bonito, buen trabajo!!. Like for you.
Muchas gracias !!! Glad you enjoyed the vid ! Thanks for the support
It’s now 2024!!!!🎉🎉🎉
😅👍 My very first vid !!
Amazing work!! Two questions, how long, on average, does it take. and secondly, what do you do with the toys when you are finished?
🙌 Thank you !! Around 10 days ! Filming and editing take more time than the restoration itself... For now I just keep the toys, I have two kids 😆 I’ll probably sell a few... Thanks again 🙏
Wow you earned a sub👍
🙌 Thank you very much !!🙏
Astounded by your talents! Where in the world do you find replacement tires for these cars? Or do you repurpose something?
Thank you ! Wheels are just plumbing joints :) 🙌
@@TheFabrik Thank you Sir! Works like a charm!
You had better keep the naked metal for the glass, the lamps and the grille and paint the body.
Nicht schlecht 👌🏻
Thanks again ! 🙌
It’s not a restoration if it’s a different colour than it originally was, it’s commonly called a “custom” build in the toy restoration world.
Yes you're right ... I'll take your comment into account on my next projects 👍
TheFabrik :)
TheFabrik great job by the way, you made it look hand made, like they were back in those days, that’s harder to do than you think.
The red definitely works with the Chrome, and I like the way it isn’t fully polished, yet again like they were in those days.
Or just a. Custom restoration 😭😭😭
Hey your videos are amazing to watch and I got a couple of ideas why not do ones which you fix and restore a traction engine or stream roller?
Thanks a lot !! 🙏🙌Well... I’m looking for one... not easy to catch at an affordable price. I’m on it👊🏻
@@TheFabrik Well keep going your videos are still great.
Wow me lo regalas es mi cumple años el 21 de Marzo
Gracias Saludos
Feliz cumple años !!!! 😀 y muchas gracias !!🙏
where did you get the vehicles from?
👏👍👏👍👏👍👏👍👏👍👏👍👏
did you seal the body Clear Lacquer?
Nope I didn’t... That was my very first restoration... 😉 Thanks for watching !!! 🙌
Did you braze the hole in the body and the spring or what?
Yep I did... not sure about the spring, it doesn’t like heat but it works fine at the end ;)
Random question: How do you film first person pov like that? Do you wear a chest harness thing or just put camera in front of you on a tripod or something?
I just put the camera in front of me on a tripod... Thanks for watching !!
🙋♀️👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👍
Un vrai bijou cette petite voiture i Bravo !
Merci !! 🙏
تمنيت لو كان لونها ابيض واسود لكانت رائعة 🗿
Your a grat repairer
Just trying to do my best. Thanks a lot !!! 🙌🙏
I love the look of the finished metal, but I won't lie, I'm kind of sad that you didn't do the original colors.
I understand... sorry about that
@@TheFabrik no need to apologize, it came out gorgeous
@@TwoWitchyMoons it’s my very first vid... Now I’m tryin’ to stick to the original 👍🏻
@@TheFabrik I didn’t even realize it was your first video! You’re one of my favorite restoration channels :)
I just learned that you use glass beads not sand.
Wash with what
Hi
What's the pump for?
Turn the front wheel 😌👍🏻
Why didn't you take apart the mechanism and give it a thorough de-rusting, clean and polish?
I'm just wondering as you didn't do it on the recovery truck either. out of interest.
Ok
Can you ples do a nuther train vedio
Yes I will do another train video soon. 🙌🙏Thanks for watching !
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY

What a beautiful restoration! That thin metal looks like it was hard to work with. Good job fixing that hole - I couldn’t even notice it when the car was finished. 👍
