Fish - 1.5 kg.
Salt (coarse) - 1.5 tsp
Onion
Black pepper
Vegetable oil - for each can, 3 tablespoons.

A tip. Never clean fish with tap water, it will lose a lot of the flavour. Instead do it with very cold salty water.

動画を拝見し、自分の親世代の人達が食べてた魚料理を思いだしました。
今から40年くらい前かな、イワシの内蔵を取り去り、タッパーに塩を敷き詰めてイワシを並べ、その上からまた塩を敷き詰めて、何層かのミルフィーユ状態にし、冷蔵庫か冷凍庫で寝かせます。
で、頃合いを見て頭から丸かじり(笑)
アンチョビの未完成的な食べ方でした。
調べてみると、イワシの塩辛は日本全国にあり、両親が食べてた物は浅漬け的な塩辛との事で、うちの近所の漁師(昔の)が好んで食べてる食べ方だとか。

It's normal preservation procedure; I didn't know that you could do it with fish :). I turn my glasses upside down while they are still hot as an extra preservation and keep them like that until I eat them.
