I love this! I really don't like standard exercises cause all I can focus on is the intense pain but if it's a dance workout I don't even realize how sore I am till its all done! Would love to see more dance workouts in the near future! :D

I am so grateful for this calendar (July 2019) and these no jumping cardio workouts. I had major surgery on my knee in late February. I still have 4 months of recovery left. I’m not allowed to hop, jump, or run.
I was super active for years, got sidetracked by this bone replacement surgery, got really weak and gained a little weight the last few months.
Now I’m trying to build my strength back up and tone up again. These daily workouts have been so gentle on my body but I see great progress. I’m just so grateful that I have variety.

I am 6 months post partum and was on bedrest the majority of my pregnancy, so I gained some weight from that and I have injuries from a car accident when I was 15. I have so much trouble doing anything that requires jumping so thank you for this Cassie! You have given me hope that I can lose this weight. 💕 Oh and once again thank you for being you. I have loved you since WAY before you BLEW up! As someone that is trying to lose weight it's refreshing to find someone that won't try to push gimmicks and quick fixes or foods that are way too complicated to fit into a busy schedule. Congratulations you deserve every ounce of recognition you get!
The Cardio Beat Series is already easily becoming my favorite of all time. They are SO much fun, I can't help giggling while going through the routine! Pleaseee keep this series coming, Cassey!

Update on Hurricane Laura. She strengthened overnight and is now a Category 3. She will be stregthening all day into a Category 4 by landfall.
Where i live in southern La the winds are already picking up. Even though the Eye of the strom will be over the boarder of Texas and Louisiana, all of Louisiana will definitely get hit with storm surge and some wind and rain. Always have to be prepared incase it take a diffent route though

Love that there's no jumping in this! Fractured my tibia and it's healing, so this is a great quick low-impact cardio workout! Am extremely dance-challenged so I had a tough time getting proper form at this speed, but definitely enjoyed it to mix up the pilates routine.
Unfortunately, this was too difficult for my coordination skills, but anyways, I good a good cardio just by spoofing the video :D

I get why other people enjoy dance workouts more but for me, it just adds more stress to it... maybe if it was a genre I was more into it'd help (I'm not one of those people who are like AGAINST hip hop, but rly musicals are where it's at)

This is one of my favorite workouts and I use my pointe shoes each time I do this. Little different from normal ballet but still uses the muscles! Love it.
Im always looking for cool and different work outs since I get bored of the same thing easily and this is great!

You make time for the things that are most important for you.
Scheduling is key! I was a 4.0 double major in Biology and Chemistry, a cross-country runner (with 2 workouts a day), a student worker, and I took 19 hours all in one semester. My trick was saying no to parties, which at the time sucked, and doing work on the weekend. I would get some studying in and do homework on a Saturday. It gave me time to breathe during the week and made the week less stressful. Plus for tests, if you study ahead of time, it let you know what you didn't understand and you could ask the professor beforehand. So you might have to spend like 5-6 hours on a Saturday/Sunday, but it is worth it. It is discipline, and it pays off I promise.

This workout was amazing! I underestimated this workout because its under 10 minutes. I just did this workout and I'm sweating and out of breathe. I love hip hop because it energetic and allows you to add your own personal touch. Great job Casey! Keep these videos coming.
Really enjoyed this. Last year, I dropped out of the fitness game so I'm slowly working up to my old cardio routine... unfortunately, I am nowhere near ready. So I'm starting off with these until I can get to it. The beat was very enjoyable and the moves weren't too difficult. My thighs feel awesome.
