They seem to be upgrading on this one, as they get feedback.. I just bought one for 330$ with upgraded Metal extruder and also added "New Dual Blower Kit" to the cart on their website. Since i can see most reviewers agree that the cooling is lacking. This will be my first 3D printer, seems like you get pretty decent build volume for the money, other competitors seem to charge at least 100$ more for the same volume, and still dont give you a touch screen.
how is it? is the dual blower worth it?

Just purchased mine and it comes with duel fans so I think they are fixing the problems people talk about just gotta find a sturdy table for it and have been thinking about getting a full enclosure for it
I love the idea of hardware manufacturers providing patches for hardware problems on SD card...

I'd love to see a Elegoo neptune 2S review. I'd heard a lot about it recently and I haven't seen too many videos about it. All the videos I've seen are for the neptune 2, the previous model. The 2S seems similar to the Ender 3 v2, but a heck of a lot cheaper.

Where do you get replacement nozzles for it? I got mk8’s with .4 mm but it’s really thin
How long did it take you to print the helmet? I am working on a print in a smaller size and it is giving me 30 hours. I have already set up a number of customer settings but maybe I am missing something. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers...

Ordered mine yesterday but i also bought upgraded dual fan cooling fan because i noticed all reviews had same problems with cooling. its going to be my first 3d printer hehe.
how has it been? does the dual fans help out?

I keep getting the error 'Recovery Printing - Job is not done. Do you want to recover this printing?'. Happened 5 times in a 14 hour print. 210 Nozzle Temp. 70 Bed Temp. Using Cura. Any idea why this may be happening?

@@kroberts4683 yeah needed the updated version of cura. Also do not mess with the printer if you get it I found that out the hard way
You have to get version 4.8 or later of Cura. Update your Cura program. And download the longer resource files. You can find them on longer website

Bought the Longer LK5 Pro 3d printer and it didn't work right out of the box. The Z axis would only go up but not down, wouldn't home and was doing strange things. So, I contacted Longer support to find out that my printer had a bad motherboard. Then they told me they would ship me a new motherboard and to fix it myself. I guess they got the name LONGER for it want work long but takes longer to get it fixed. I wouldn't trust anything with the brand name Longer on it. I have three other 3d printers from three different manufactures and have had no issues. Again, I wouldn't trust anything with the brand name Longer on it.
The resume print feature is useless since the bed is glass and cools quickly. By the time power is back the part would detach and the print would fail.

What other print surfaces cool slower than 3lb of glass???
I’ve been looking at the LK4 for a while and I saw someone selling a used one with around 100hours printing time for ~$200usd. Is that a good price? 🤔
Maybe in your country it's great but for Europe this is way overpriced
Seems a little high, you can get this one for about $100 more
IMO 100 hours is nothing, i have 12k+ hours on my printer, and it prints for 100 hours every like 2 weeks

Have you actually tried killing power or running out of filament and resuming the print? How noisy are the fans? I think we would like an in-depth review.
This printer is extremely quiet. But the fans are a little noisy. You can turn down the fans speed.
I was able to resume a print due to a power outage with a single click the printer continue with no issues whatsoever.
Be advised that if you have purchase and receive a defective unit Longer has no customer support. I called and emailed after purchasing one of their units do to it having issues and not feeding any filament and PLA, TPU, PTGE and they will not respond. Furthermore they blocked my number from calling them as now it goes directly to voicemail but when I restrict my caller ID the phone rings before being directed to voicemail. I would avoid this company all together and picking an alternative option..
You can buy a anycubic Chiron and it s bigger and cheaper
When printing bigger objects like you can on this, does it take…… LONGER to print?
They should have called it the forever printer. It's takes forever to print a large print.
I got one to get into 3d printing. My sttings i must not fully understad. I can print boats all day test prints but as soon as i print a file of my own look out it turns into a wereking ball. I don't get it. Any advice?
Have you tried another slicer? Make sure the formats between cad, slicer and printer are agreeable.

Nope its junk. 3 weeks in and its just a total POS. Crashes into prints after filament changes power failure resume doesn't work itll just stop printing at times. Runout detector is junk and failed within 2 weekw. Extruder was loose and belt was off when arrived. Bed wont stay level. Overall very upset with all these biased reviews on CZcams. i understand you guys were given free machines but come on be honest.
