काफी बार आपने लोगो में thyroid की बीमारी के बारेमें सुना होगा। लेकिन थाइरोइड क्या है ? थाइरोइड यह कोई बीमारी नहीं है। इस वीडियो में Dr Sajal Kamat (Endocrinologist & Diabetologist) हमें थाइरोइड क्या होता है और कितने प्रकार का होता है? (Thyroid in Hindi ) इस बारेमें जानकारी देगी।
थाइरोइड हमारे शरीर में एक ग्रंथि है जो गले में पाई जाती है , जहासे कई स्त्रव या हॉर्मोन्स निकलते है जैसे की T3 या T4 | थाइरोइड नाम की कोई बीमारी नहीं होती है। यह होर्मोनेस हमारे शरीर के अच्छे functioning केलिए बोहोत महत्वपूर्ण। जब शरीर में थाइरोइड का प्रमाण कम या ज्यादा हो जाता है तब यह थाइरोइड के समस्याएं होने लगती है।
जब थाइरोइड के हॉर्मोन T3 या T4 ज्यादा प्रमाण में बन जाता है तब उसे hyperthyrodism कहा जाता है।
जब थाइरोइड के हॉर्मोन T3 या T4 कम प्रमाण में बन जाता है तब उसे hypothyrodism कहा जाता है।
Hyperthyroidism vs. Hypothyroidism
Hypothyroidism
जब थाइरोइड के हॉर्मोन T3 या T4 कम प्रमाण में बन जाता है तब उसे hypothyrodism कहा जाता है।
Hypothyroidism के लक्षण (symptoms of hypothyroidism)
- Constipation
- वजन बढ़ना
- थकान मेहसूस होना
- नींद आना
- त्वचा रूखी होना
Hypothyroidism Treatment
जब हॉर्मोन शरीर में बन नहीं रहा है इसका मतलब है हॉर्मोन बहार से लेनेकी जरुरत है। Hypothyroidism शरीर में antibodies के तैयार होने के कारण होता है जो थाइरोइड ग्रंथि के विरुद्ध बन जाती है और थाइरोइड की क्रिया कम हो जाती है। और इसमें Hypothyroidism की दवाइया आजीवन लेनी पड़ती है। यह थाइरोइड हॉर्मोन के doses बिलकुल भी मिस नहीं करने है।
Hyperthyroidism
जब थाइरोइड के हॉर्मोन T3 या T4 ज्यादा प्रमाण में बन जाता है तब उसे hyperthyrodism कहा जाता है।
Hyperthyroidism के लक्षण (symptoms of hyperthyroidism)
- वजन घट जाना
- भूक लगना
- motion ज्यादा होना
- पसीना आना
- दिल की धड़कन तेज होना
- हाथ कापना
Hyperthyroidism में भी दो प्रकार होते है
1. Temporary Hyperthyroidism - यह थाइरोइड के वायरल इन्फेक्शन के कारण हो सकता है जिसे thyroiditis कहा जाता है और यह खुदसे ठीक हो जाता है २-३ महीने में ।
2 . Permanent Hyperthyroidism - इसे Graves' disease भी कहा जाता है जो शरीर में antibodies के तैयार होने के कारण होता है जो थाइरोइड के फंक्शन को बढ़ा देते है।
Hyperthyroidism Treatment
इसमें anti thyroid नामक ड्रग्स की ट्रीटमेंट दी जाती है और यह आपको आजीवन लेना पड़ता है। कभी कभी दो या तीन साल में बंद भी हो सकता है। ज्यादातर यह ट्रीटमेंट जीवनभर लगती है। इसमें और भी तरीके होते है ट्रीटमेंट के जैसे की सर्जरी या radioiodine ट्रीटमेंट पर इस बारेमें जानने केलिए आपको आपके endocronologist से संपर्क करना चाहिए।

Very very well explained video Dr 👍 Clearly explained. I hv Anti TG value of 25 . I was passing more number of stools and mood was depressed. As my gut was not proper , my digestion was poor and no hunger. So weight loss bahut huva. Abhi OSON O , VIBACT DS leke stomach and stools are fine. My appetite is back and I hv put on 1 kg. Anti depressants bhi start Kiya 2 weeks pehle. CT SCAN and Thyroid scan are normal.
Dr has asked for repeat T3 T4 TSH as well as FT3 FT 4 test along with thyroid antibodies test after 2 weeks.
Dr sd I might hv got silent Covid a few months back and hence thyroiditis aa gaya hoga.
Do you think after 2 to 3 weeks , my reports will be normal ? Kindly reply.
