It is a well-known historical and constitutional fact that it is the duty of the Senate to hold a trial if the House of Representatives surface them with articles of impeachmen. For the Senate to not hold a trial and refused to acknowledge the articles is travesty and a disgrace to our constitution
@poorthing it is also the duty of the executive branch to follow the law and enforce it and they don't do that either so it's not a big shock to me that the Democrat Mafia refuses to follow the Constitution and hold a trial to remove someone from office for intentionally not following the law or enforcing. The goal of the democratic Mafia is to not follow our laws and to ignore our constitution. They are supposed to do what is best for the United States of America and instead they do what is best for every foreign dictator in the world. This is just another example of why we shouldn't vote for people who we know for a fact take money from foreign dictators

Honestly I don't know enough about Graham to like him or dislike him. But he's 100% correct on this. It should have gone through to have a trial or whatever it is that they do. It should not have been dismissed in any way. It's quite obvious this man has done nothing but lie and screw this country with the way he's allowing illegal immigrants into the country. But he's following the president doing exactly the same thing. And seeing as how the Senate is mostly Democrats and only makes sense that they would try to overlooked it and get beyond it without facing it
