His 'temper tantrum' encouraging violence against sitting Supreme Court Justices was a disgusting display of unbridled childish behavior, not even fitting for a juvenile, much less a U S Senator. There was ZERO constitutional basis for the impeachment. Constitutional experts of all political persuasions, left, right and center, have widely criticized and ridiculed the effort by the GOP. You cannot and should not impeach a Cabinet Secretary for implementing the policies of his boss, the President, because you do not like those policies. Impeachment was never meant to be a tool to resolve public policy debates. The House GOP ignored the Constitutions in starting this clown show, so the Senate doing the same to end it is 100% fair.

The evidence is submitted at the time the Senate holds the trial and not before.
Senate would not even look at the impeachment from congress.

Exactly what I've been trying to get the Justice courthouse to hold accountable the consequences of breaking the state laws code's broken by the School district of Elementary School and the Principal and vice principal and The bus driver the Whole leaders knew what was being done to my 7 year old son getting urine in his little 👄 mouth and then rubbed it all over his face 👀 the school bus have video camera and the whole sexual hate crime being seen by the bus driver knew what was being done to everyday and never says nothing when I told the Principal and vice principal and seen the video footage and told me that they weren't going to expile those kid's since the footage was from last year so they had been sexually harassing abusing my son since last yeare& your not going to follow the school law police wasn't called they told the kids that I have went to ask guy help to have my son safe from these kid's that only made it worse because Two day later they tested him back to back 3 older kids and still got no justice just got hate crime being done to me for asking for help

Neither article of impeachment listed a high crime or misdemeanor. If you don't meet the basic requirement, you deserve to be dismissed.
The House gets to determine what they believe are high Crimes and Misdemeanors, not the Senate or anyone else. The Senate is required to hold a trial to determine whether or not they collectively believe that the charges are warranted. The House has the sole responsibility to bring charges. The Senate must hold a trial on the charges that the House brings. They are the jurors, not the prosecutors. Jurors do not have the authority to dismiss charges without holding a trial. This is reserved for the prosecutors. By this action, the Senate is arrogating to itself authority that is solely vested in the House.

Also, if a particular requirement of a law requires adequate funding and Congress denies the funding, then it is they that are preventing the law from being enforced. They certainly cannot hold an official responsible for things they prevent.

These members of Congress do not want to go to court on this because they would no longer be protected by the speech and debate clause... the law they made for themselves that gives them immunity for the lies they tell in Congress.

The border is secure. So secure that the GOP refused to pass a bill that would have enhanced border security. Mayorkas deserves a medal instead of an impeachment.
There were laws already in place and working that were removed day 1 Biden got into office. The other was allowed to run its course and expire under Biden and Mayorkas leadership.
