I have a Marino too. Mine is set up 150/170mm with a Fox DPX2 and Zeb Ultimate, both of which I got new but heavily reduced. It's running on 27.5 Spank wheels. The bike rips, excellent for shuttles.

May I recommend a standard BMX AHeadset freestyle star nut to route your front brake hose through the fook. Quick and easy with no drilling!!!

How tall are you? I like the geo on that bike, but I would want a much shorter reach because I am only 5' 7". My personal favorite reach is around 420mm.

Who cares what the naysayers want you to do, it's your bike. I personally hate it when people look down on or tell you how to set up your bike. If it's the way you want it and it makes you want to ride, it's perfect. I love it even better when your own "hoopty" performs better than their "super" bike.

Uhhhhh yeah a 28t chainring is cool but personally I'd run a 50t surly stainless steel chainring for longevity and c'mon paired with a 23t cog that's like pedal efficiency golden ratio right there bruh
I can’t pinpoint when the pivot was but I liked your original vid styles better. Ngl, these new ones feel a bit too similar to Dustin’s …like in every way…voice cadence, intonation, video cuts and even some of the phrasing.
