You know you can jump in the portal in tiny Tinas Wonderland, and gives you achievement referencing portal too
The dad in Arcade Paradise calling himself Gerald, King of the Riviera is a reference to the fact that the same VA voices Geralt in the Witcher games.
About the portal reference. If you play Portal 2 multiplayer, player one's portals are light blue and dark blue, and player two's portals are red and orange. By that logic, there could be another portal reference in Tiny Tina's Wonderland

Or maybe they just wanted a visual gag about the guy counting the same sheep
In the Tiny Tina Secret Room there are some potion bottles on the table next to the Dragon Egg. One is Yellow (and in the middle front of the group), two are Blue, and four are Red. These match Kirk (Yellow), Bone and Spock (Blue), Scotty and Uhura (Red) with two Redshirts (Security team). This is the complement of Star Trek Characters that went down to the planet in City on the Edge of Forever, the episode that had a 'magic' portal for them to go through (The Guardian on the Edge of Forever) like the portal you go through to get to this room.

I found out about the Splatoon 3 Google Easter egg by accident while looking up pictures of the game for a school project - I immediately went “:O!!!” and proceeded to cover the entire search page with paint :D

Did you know that in skyrim using the ice spike magic ability? You're able to shoot a bird out of the sky. It can be tricky to get the right angle to shoot the bird but you're able to do it

MW2 Remastered has an Easter egg in the Gulag mission that will cause one of the tvs in the control room to show a zombie, you have to run into one of the cells to activate it but I tried it recently and it actually works but I feel like it’s part of something bigger.
In supralland six Inches deep there is a refrence to naruto, you can see multiple characters naruto running, another reference appears when you first get into cage town two men can be seen sitting next to a sword in a bonfire
A detail in Saints Row 1 is that when you go into a tunnel or underpass in a convertible, the radio echoes.
I remember your last Combat Master entry about rare magic reloads. Interestingly, the Dual Mac 10 and the Compact 1911 also have them, but both are more rare than the sniper rifles.

The laundromat in arcade paradise is the laundromat from fears to fathom Carson house
The first hand gesture in Combat Master could be a reference to Ocelot in MGS with his "You're pretty good" quote and his revolvers

The other gesture in combat master is probably a Metal Gear Snake Eater reference to Ocelot since he does the same gesture to Snake. 🐍

I think you should search around the end the game killer frequency for some Easter eggs, oh and also I think that egg you found might be a Subnautica Easter egg .
I don't know if you've covered this detail before, but in Bioshock Infinite, if you are standing next to (basically on top of) Elizabeth when she calls out that she has ammo for you she will hand it to you instead of throwing it to you, don't know if it can happen with health or salts
Not sure if it is the same gesture, or if it is even still in the game, but Revenant from Apex Legends used to sometimes perform a similar gesture when summoning his ultimate ability
in the xdefiant beta on one of the maps you can find arcade machines from "famous" ubisoft games
In World of Warcraft Dragonflight, at the new Black Market AH, there are 2 NPC's that spawn that look like Larua Croft an one that looks like Agent 47
There many references in Six Inches Under including a monster in a chest which could be a reference to the chest psychos from Borderlands, A Dark Souls Bonfire (of course), A character that looks an awful lot like John Rambo and many more
In supraland 6 inches under after you kill the thing shooting projectiles at you and go through the stone door follow the path until you see a castle tower on you left. If you go in it and turn right from the chest you can find the famous sword in a bonfire
a little detail i saw while playing AC3, at the beginning of sequence 5, while going towards the homestead from frontier, you can find a man with a horse and his carriage to the side and if you took the horse the man will speak before entering open conflict (fighting).
another detail only a small bit far, at a bridge you will find 2 people speaking until they see you to which one will say if you are from a tribe, which the other says its a confedernce.
the 1st person then says thats a tribe. so the 2nd person gets angery and after some speaking they fight and tell you its non of your buisness if you try to interfere
In spooky's jumpscare mansion, if you pause the game and go afk she appears on screen flashing on an off which i believe is a reference to fatal frame 2 where the same thing would happen if you go afk in that game

Not sure if this counts as a detail or Easter egg but in the first Dead Island all the licence plates say D34D1574ND. Also a definite Easter egg comes from a game called City of Heroes. In the game, you can find a restaurant called The Chum Bucket. I don't need to explain that.

in the Indiana Jones reference for Kingdom Rush Frontiers TD the eggs that the giant bolder crush are most likely a reference to the alien eggs in the game Bro Force, where both predator and Indiana Jones show up
Maibe it's just me but the last part of the finger gun animation in combat master seam similar to the gesture that ocelot does in Metal Gear when he say "you're pretty good"
I don't remember if you covered this but in a game called guacamelle there is a reference to mario. I cant remember exactly which level though. But the reference exists there, first thing you will notice is the bridge straight from mario and once you touch the axe, the big boss falls into the lava dying, and 2nd easter egg there is when a villain says to you "Sorry but your princess is in another castle!"

I think the finger guns may have been a reference, could be reaching but the gesture at the end looked a bit like what Revolver Ocelot does through MGS3.
In COD WW2 if you put a granade on your rifle and inspect your gun, the soldier will not inspect the gun but he will inspect the granade infront of the rifle.
I wouldnt be surprised if the Drafon Egg in the secret dev room is a Ready Player One reference. I doubt it, but it does somewhat feel that way, since Ready Player One is a hunt for an easter egg hidden in the Oasis. The winner of the hunt becomes system admin for the entire thing.

the finger guns in combat master ALSO reference Revolver Ocelots hand gestures. after he finishes firing the finger guns he performs the "you're pretty good" gesture from metal gear solid

On the MW2 campaign in the beginning of that mission you can walk through bushes and it shows a movie poster with a golden deagle and it credits treyarch for the movie

I love Kingdom Rush Easter Eggs. This game has almost one on each level.
One new (old) easter egg is present on the new free DLC of Warhammer Vermintide 2. This DLC presents a remaster of some dwarfs maps of the first game.
On the last section of the last map "Khazukan Kazakit-ha", after you lit up the signal, you need to run to the portal to escape. If you run out of the path, there is a spot where you can jump to fall on a hay cart. If landed sucessfully on the cart, you get an in-game achievement that make reference to Assassins Creed.
Interesting fact about the Plumbis easter egg, you actually have one in the starting spawn house as well!
Wally can be found at the end of six inches under, behind the elevator. His family is on the second floor of the cagetown

Idk how remembered this is but on Google thier used to be a special easter egg for avengers infinity war and endgame where if you look up Thanos Snap theres a small infinity gauntlet if you click on it half of all results are snapped outta existence sadly this was removed in 2020.

In Insomniac’s spider-man game when you enter the F.E.A.S.T establishment there is a wall with a bunch of pictures on it. The people in the pictures are the devs of the game.
In Saints Row 4 Re Elected, if you honk a car near peds especially ambulance and police cars they will dance, and also there is a blue hostile npc that is very overpowered and will try to kill you.
it's in sr3 too it's just peds taunting and I think that npc would be genki
