If something is calling itself an Easter egg without anything else it’s a neat detail that you noticed that was set to a less notable area, otherwise the meaning of ester eggs would be much more broad and less exciting to find

I think the cat is a reference to Schrödinger's cat, the theory that if you put a cat in a box with a poison the cat is both dead and alive until you open the box.
Also, this cat's name is Milton and he is mentioned in Talos Principle 2.

The "UCA" Box is a DOOM Reference. Specifically, the boxes seen in the Originals. In the actual game, it says "UAC", but I've watched enough decino DOOM Videos that it is apparent even with the different letters.

Freeing the cat actually affects the ending cutscene. Normally it's just you, but if you free the cat, you'll be holding one, just like the art on the game's store page.

Schrödinger’s cat was the reference. It was in a box with poison. It is both dead and alive until the box is opened.
Another neat thing about it is that talking to someone at the beginning of Talos Principle 2 reveals the version with the cat to be the game's canon ending.
6:50 The UCA Box is a og Doom reference. The Company is actually called UAC but the Logo is the same.
One thing you missed about the crowbar reference. The crowbar is named "CRObar" which references the game studio that made the game "Croteam".

The talos principle the room of boxes the one at 6:49 is the same one that you pick up at 5:00.
The Talos Principle has one amazing Easter egg that made me play the game.
In one of the desert levels, there is a portal 2 Easter egg. It takes a few steps but essentially you target one of the lasers to the moon which slowly starts rotating, revealing the Aperture Science logo. You can also spot Wheatley via a telescope (again requires a few steps to find this).

The Talos Principle Snowman Easter Egg is a Serious Sam reference as well. In The Second Encounter, there's a Winter Village area. As you try to get to it, that specific music plays. (Look for Jingle Bell Brawl.) The village ALSO has snowmen.. With rocket launchers.
In the crew motor fest when your doing the drfit event that has the delorean the announcer will say different back to the future quotes throughout the event
The Talos Principle cat easter also unlocks an alternate ending cutscene where your character is holding a cat

Others have said the green lettered box is a doom reference, but when I first looked at it, I thought it was a metal gear solid reference. The box Snake hides in.

Theres another serious sam easter egg in The Talos Principle 2. In the museum challenge ruins room behind a gate on the right side you can see Sam through the wall.
I think that the three plushies around the light is a reference to Irenia Cotner and her two accomplices. It's a murder case where she convinced two men that she was a witch. She would tell them that there was a curse that could only be lifted if they murdered and young woman. It later came to light that Irenia was jealous of the young woman since she had been with Irenias ex.
The second box you didn't recognize in the Talos Principle I'm pretty sure is from Doom 1 and Doom II.
6:51 the crate that saids UCA is a crate from Doom 1, one to one except the C and A have swapped placed.
Lucretia My Reflection, the name of the mission you have active in the Cyberpunk clip, is the name of a Sisters of Mercy song.
Wonder how many other missions in the game have song title names?
For Video Game Easter Eggs/References to other Video Games: In Zombie Army 4's Ragnarok Part 2 DLC during the first "Survive the Ambush" objective, one of the characters, when giving story exposition about the beginning of the universe, says the line "In primordial space, timeless creatures made waves."
This is referencing the exact same line from Marathon 2 of the famous Marathon series.
(I will keep posting this until it shows up or get some form of acknowledgement, just to be sure.)
For your next video game detail I found that in MW3 pipes make noise when close to them as if they have water currently running through them

The brown box with the green UCA print in The Talos Principle easter egg is a reference to the original 1993 Doom. The UCA is a callback to the UAC that Doomguy was working for. You show it at 6:50

I like that you actually go out and find the Easter eggs yourself rather than use clips of others it is a nice touch, also I think the cardboard box you didn't recognize might be the one used by snake in metal gear solid when he hide in a box but I don't know I don't play that game

Just wanted to say there is a hidden detail in MW3 (2023). When loading into the map rust the location says it is near hotel site bravo which is a reference in the mw2 campaign (2009) when makarov say’s where shepherds is in the the mission “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”
In one of the cities in ATS you can find a sign that announces a game between ATS and ETS2.
Apparently you can find Shepard head with the knife still in it on the rust map in mw III

i have a suggestion, theres this game called streets of rouge, in this game your main goal is to get to the final floor and become the new mayor by taking the current mayors hat
so depending on how you take the mayors hat, (stealing as a thief, murder, chloroform, etc) the game will have a slightly altered ending
also if you beat the game without any means of speaking you will get a special ending for that to

The last box you didn't know about that had UCA and 3 down the bottom right corner of the box is from the Classic Doom Series.
I think the cargo crates in motor fest are a reference to the old school stunt tracks people would build in GTA 5 before they added stunt races officially. I’ve seen countless videos years ago of community made tracks with cargo crates as loops and jumps.

ombat master was mentioned in one of the videos. The PS5 controller is nice, but there is "another" esster egg. (I think one refers to the Battlefield series and the other to an animated series).
The spongebob one might me a multy layered one. Because they're in a souvenir shop it could be directly referencing the spongebob movie.

I'm pretty sure that the UCA crate, the one in front of Serious Sam one, is from old Doom games.
That isn't even the best Easter Egg in Talos Principle area C-3! After you finish everything in that level, including getting the star, go to the level "Big Stairs, Little Stairs", go straight ahead of the entrance and to the cliff edge on the right of the blue laser emitter and jump down carefully to reach a cave with a jetpack! That isn't even the end of it, as there is another cave that you can only reach with the jetpack below the long bridge in the area that will require a bit of puzzle solving to get fully into. The reward for all the effort to get in there is a little underwhelming, but it is just fun to work your way down there in the first place!
