So I guess this was made before Kane's injury.
Spending 40m+ for a 3-4 months backup striker is not a good idea. Give Troy more chances while loaning someone is a better option here.

A big reason kane has had so many injuries is because he is played for almost every minute he's available for until he breaks. He needs some relief, even if its just to come on at 80th minute every now and then

Defensive mid, right back, left back, striker.
+ a miracle
+a goalkeeper
Gedson the hero no one wanted but everyone needed (hopefully)

I feel like everyone forgets that Lo Celso can very easily play DM. Back at PSG in his initial breakout season, he was playing in the 6 and putting up exceptional ball winning stars while also putting up great progressive stats and still pretty damn good creative numbers. Lo Celso can literally do everything you need in midfield

It's harsh to say it, because he has played well for a lot of years and has done a lot for the team, but currently he just takes space on the pitch.

hey guys, can you do one of these for a metaphorical promoted team? build a whole team (or squad) from scratch that could survive in the premier league? go through like, cheap/underrated options for every position that you feel could do well in the PL, with maybe some added sparkle here and there? would be really interesting to watch :)

I think perhaps you need to reconsider how you choose the targets, as they need to be more realistic. Spurs are not going to sign 5 players who are risks in the hope that they may be successful one day. Especially not with Mourinho in charge.
Thats why tifo said the players mentioned in the videos were tactically suitable for spurs, whether its realistic or not to get them on a transfer. Watch the sensible transfers summer transfer videos for the rule

Mbaye Niang 10-25 mil ST (Harry Kane backup can also play on the wings)
Bale 2 year Loan (option to buy)
Szobozslai 10-30 mil (Eriksen replacement)
Danilo Pereira or William Carvalho 10-35 mil CDM
Kevin Mbabu or Maehle 5-15 mil RB
Nathan Ake 30-50 mil (depending on whether Vertonghen leaves or stays) Can also play LB
That would be around 100mil in total that's more sensible

One question: Why Tousart is to be considered a better fitting option (for that amount of money) in comparison to Sander Berge for example (who has a claimed 18m release clause, is a better prospect in most areas, and that fits strongly in that favourite Matic-alike holding midfielder type that Jozé craves for..! ;P ) ?
Also, in my opinion Steven N'Zonzi can be a very fitting and low budget (and risk, as he could even arrive on loan) short term cover-up solution that could provide a bit of those missing elements in the holding midfielder position. He has already proven experience in PL, of course his career has been a bit in a decline lately but still, he could arrive with some determination to prove himself in a great league that he would be eager to compete again in ;)
And of course, there is a (very high) possibility that in case Eriksen rumors (about joining Inter) get verified, that could possibly involve Matthias Vecino doing the opposite trip around! And that would be a very good fit/addition to the midfield arsenal of Spurs, considering the lack of defensive work rate and of a robust tactical presence.
Hopefully we'll get a sensible transfers Arsenal, Bayern and Real Madrid soon

i would really like to see Kramaric in Spurs although he's not really on form since coming back from injury I think their wingers such as Lucas and Son would benefit from him playing as a False 9. Also Dele could feed well off him.

Joao Palhinha never got his chance at Sporting. Everything Tifo say about him is true, but ive seen him live and one thing he needs to improve is definitely his technique on the ball... can sometimes be a bit rusty on the ball. However, a real tower of a CDM for sure!
