Just a thought everyone. I have watched you all wrestle with getting the reel and gear on and off your truck a few times now. I say we all pitch in and get a dedicated trailer for it all and have a nice cover for it. I figure it would be a two axle trailer. Honestly. This family’s CZcams’s are way better than any made up TV show. Give a thumbs up and let’s make it happen!!!!!!

I miss Kodiak so much. I use to come through there every once in a while to go to the native clinics on the island. It’s beautiful there all year round. I had a sea lion try to bite my feet once. I was sitting on the dock by the cannery there and it was high tide. My feet were dangling down and if it wasn’t for the cannery workers warning me I would probably have had a bad day.

Thoroughly enjoyed that, especially Matt taking a "short" while I'm watching it live lol.
We warmed up to 9°c today on the island...you're in the frigid zone like me, because of the sea moisture. It was cold 5 days ago at -12°C, but felt like -20.
Bring me spring, and bring me adventures on the Emerald Isle!!

Thanks again Gents!. I'll admit watching the snow come through I was actually envious. It's been a few weeks of mid to high 30'sdeg C with >70% humidity here in Queensland Australia and we are all preparing for a cyclone to come through this weekend. Stay safe and I, like many, can't wait to see more progress on the Emerald Isle.

Hope things are going well with the Emerald Isle ... sure has kept you out of mischief , no time for messing about ! Lol
Looks a great day to be getting home safe and warm!!

I know yall have other important things to spend money on, but after the flash freezer is locked in and paid for. Kick another Kickstarter off and we the people can help get a trailer that is for the long line reel. That way yall will have a trailer for it. When fishing is done, pull up and have the crane set on the trailer and drive it home, park it. That way when the season starts all yall have to do is hook up the trailer and head to the dock.. just an idea.
