I mentioned before, one ex friend was cheating with the guy I was dating. In my presence, she would recite his talking points, play his favorite music, suggest trip locations associated with him, changed her eating habits based on him and more it’s sickening. They didn’t have a clue that I knew they were cheating. The ex friend was the main aggressor, If y’all could’ve witness the smirks and sly comments toward me. My mother is narcissistic. She triangulates me and my two brothers. She once told me one of my youngest brothers was her favorite. She always criticized how skinny I was. One day she was talking to my dad and said “everyone says Aisha is pretty but I don’t see it”. She takes zero accountability and victimizes herself. Everyone says she’s the sweetest woman they ever met! The list goes on and on but I’m happy to say it’s been about 8 months since we’ve spoken and I feel nothing but freedom.
I cut my mother off after I had my son and had to go off on my grandmother after I told my mom I didn't want her to come, more recently she tried to smear campaign me to my family and then called me to vent about them not going along with it, I kept giving her chances because I thought if I could heal the relationship I would be able to work through my own mental hardships, now I know fuck her and move on, I can't wait til I'm ready for life coaching,I'm doing therapy and sticking to it this go round but I realize I'm surrounded by them and for so long I didn't want to let go because I felt like these were people I loved. Its been a long, long journey and I'm still healing and also acknowledging the role I play as well and understanding I HAVE THESE TRAITS TOO. She had just recently hooked me up with one of her homeboys who she claimed was a good guy. Turns out they were both Narc's I went on a fast and God Revealed everything to me about them both.
Yes all these Narc friend videos are exactly what I’m dealing with. My intuition was screaming pull away from this chick! She don’t like women 🚩, trying to attach to me 🚩. Suggesting a relative who she knows is fucked up to date 🚩👀. Gave bad advice 🚩. Too many red flags for me. Then running to your mom @40 and telling me she knows all about me. I got a feeling she was seeking to use me in some way. I pulled back and she was exposed! God reveals all. Hit dogs holler. Suddenly I’m getting weird texts. Passive aggressive tiktoc. Then she blocked me but in her feelings cuz I blocked her across the board. I was shown who she is in all this behavior after pulling away.
Narcissistic friends are energy vampires at close quarters. There used to be one such guy in the gym I frequent who has such an amorphous quality. If he wants to look like an actor, he would stick around actors and influencers to absorb their energy and copy them. Then, if he wants to be a bodybuilder, he would try to stick around competitive bodybuilders in the gym. But he rarely does a good copy job.

After watching channels like yours(especially yours because you keep it💯), the light bulb went off when I realized that 2 of my long time “friends” are narcissists. Ones constantly quoting scripture. I’ve gone no contact w/one. Working on no contact w/the other one rn. I suspect that they both know my soon to be ex husband’s side chicks. Looking back, the other was overly interested in how much real estate that he owned. I regret ever confiding in either one of them.
Narcs are nosey as hell, they’ll pretend to be in your corner, but the whole time they’re sizing you up. And possibly telling your mate everything you’ve told them.

I had a hard time for awhile accepting things for most of my life, because I didn’t think I deserved it, or people had a motive behind it, this was up until recently over the last 5 years(well into my 40’s) of me working on self to know I do deserve things from others and even from myself! I would feel guilty of splurging but never on giving to others because that’s what I love to do for those I care about and love.
