She'd go to church on Sundays, she gave money to the church, sent her son to Christian school, knew the Bible better than I do and would pray before every meal and every night. The reason we're divorced is because I found out she was having an affair with her married atheist boss, who had two kids with a Christian wife of his own. I discovered the evidence literally the day after she swore in the name of Almighty God and on her sons life that she wasn't cheating on me. He then followed this up by an evil sinister hearty laugh. This sent chills down my spine. I hung up the phone and made deliberate efforts to emotionally and physically disconnect with him. This was 2019. Since then, I changed my number, now utilized my mom as the mediator between him and I, and lived happily ever after.
This is a confirmation, I believe, because I met a man and I am listening to him talk his talk. But I have healed from a previous narc and unless I am judging him wrong, I am picking up on similarities from my ex. It’s almost like they have a playbook they read from.

Yessssss I was SO close with our Lord. I met the narc in church which was my dream. Hadn’t dated for a year. I felt open and strong and close to God. I thought the narc was from God!!! I realize after 14 days no contact now that he was sent by the devil as temptation into my life to pull me away from my strong faith journey. He had no Godly fruits which I saw in time. He pretended at first. First year we prayed together but he didn’t live it. God won narc is gone

Chanel you are on point! Now that I am leveling up @ warp speed, narcissistic family are coming out of the woodwork. I got 2 phone calls in one day. I was told "oh you just don't tell me anything anymore" on one phone call. Then the next phone call came from the next one saying in a sarcastic voice "hey entrepreneur" and drunk.
Girlll...I’m going through something like this with an older relative. Once I caught on to her competitive, jealous nature, all of my business is kept to myself! I give her the most vague answers. Yessssss I was SO close with our Lord. I met the narc in church which was my dream. Hadn’t dated for a year. I felt open and strong and close to God. I thought the narc was from God!!! I realize after 14 days no contact now that he was sent by the devil as temptation into my life to pull me away from my strong faith journey. He had no Godly fruits which I saw in time. He pretended at first. First year we prayed together but he didn’t live it. God won narc is gone
