  • Probably not one of my better videos, I really need a 3rd hand or a cameraman. Plus things did not go as planned as you will see in the video.
Here we install the ReadyLift Tubular Upper Controls Arms on a 2013 Ford F-150 that already has the Bilstein 5100 level shocks. Previously these arms were only available to purchase with the ReadyLift SST Level kits. Now you can purchase the arms separately and use them with any level kit. They are specified for trucks with 1-4" of front lift. They will not work on stock height trucks because they have built in camber correction that is needed for levelled trucks.
These arms feature a DOM steel tube design. They have a greaseable and replaceable ball joint. The control arms bushings are maintenance free self lubricating bushings like the OE bushings.
To be more efficient with your time you will want to install these at the same time as your level kit. Otherwise you are doing some work twice and having to remove the shock and spring assembly again to install the arms.
Readylift has these arms available for the 09-20 F150 and another part number to fit the 21+ F150.
You can but these arms at the Strapt Performance website.

I just put the Eibach Pro coilovers on my 2019 F150 and am seriously thinking about replacing the control arms. With the Eibach coilovers it looks like more than enough room to remove just the control arms.

Did the new upper control arms touch the strut coil when everything was put back together and truck was on tires?

Do you have a lift or you’re at stock ride height?
