From 8:00 u till 1:00 I use to eat anything I want ...anything like pizza...parathaa...burgers anything.....After 1.00 in afternoon I eat nothing at all....just water and black coffe and black tea .....so im fasting nearly 20 hours and eat for 3-4 hours. It took me like 8-9 months...because I use to cheat at night with my husband for dinner but once u lose weight u can eat anything

"No" during fast time we can't take any single calorie ...isbghol have 12 calories in 1 table spoon...so technically we are breaking our fast by drinking that ' isbghol water" .and last 4 to 5 hours are the most important...so please don't take isbghol water... instead of that you can take black coffee or black tea without sugar n cream.

In 4 days reduced 1kg so far Did 30min workout daily with 30min walk and did 2 meal a day on 2 days as was invited on dinner so had lasagna pizza pulao and pasta in those days but next day merged my breakfast with lunch also I am drinking 10 glass of water a day

Did 30min workout daily with 30min walk and did 2 meal a day on 2 days as was invited on dinner so had lasagna pizza pulao and pasta in those days but next day merged my breakfast with lunch also I am drinking 10 glass of water a day

@@rabailrehman4113 I have reduced weight from following intermittent fasting a total of 2 kg in less then two weeks I am not following exact same but I try to follow the advise in video while eating and doing exercise at home and some walk and drinking 8-10 glass of water daily, mindful of my carbs but sometimes I indulge in pasta, pizza and today had doughnut too but will exercise more to compensate for this
