His rights haven’t been violated. He must first follow the court rules and then he may be able to argue his rights. The constitution is not a get out of jail card. It is there to protect the rights of everyone. Not this obnoxious idiot.

He used to be so patient with these folks. Don't blame him for giving up trying to have a rational discussion with these fools.
He still is when they don't try to talk over him, but he doesn't put up with that at all.
He's amazingly patient, considering that in the first week of March, he has 971 hearings scheduled - usually each person has 3-5 simultaneously, but that's still around 200 people in a week, or 40 in a day, or maybe 10 minutes each.
10 minutes is doable to suffer through now. We already know the script. Let's get to the action scenes.

I always find it funny that the Sovcits say the court has no jurisdiction over them, yet the turn up for court. It's like they expect the judge to be all "you're right sir! We can't do anything to you, please accept these County Fun Bucks as compensation for your time"

The courts should impound the vehicle so they can’t continue to drive without a license, insurance or registration
Should 100% be immediate forfeiture of the vehicle for 30days to prove they have insurance, after 30 days the vehicle is either sold or crushed (depending on the value)

Every American has the "right to travel freely" all they want on foot, skateboard, on a bicycle, by horseback, or horse and wagon, but must be licensed, insured and registered while operating a motor vehicle on public highways. This has always stunned me. They get stopped and say 'I am not driving. I am travelling.' They think the freedom to travel means they can travel how they wish without any restrictions whatsoever. Do they think they can just board a plane without ID and a ticket? Probably do.

Judge Lynise Bryant recently dealt with a SovCit and made a good point, “Ma’am, if you don’t believe this court has any jurisdiction over you, why do you bother with all these? Why show up?”
They jam up the clerk’s office with their dopey meritless filings and waste court time by trying to stonewall with their jurisdiction and “Corpus Delicti” arguments….always delivered with Harvard Law level eloquence.
That is a fear that this SovCit movement would lead to several cases of suicide by police. Cause the end of the extreme spectrum would be Live Free or Die. But that's not an issue cause practically no one truly believes this garbage. It's merely a game. A hail Mary playbook for dumb criminals that think they're smart.

Maybe sitting in jail for a month will help clear this guy's head a bit about his poor life choices and the resulting consequences.

I've seen other cases when the judge demands the Sovcit to appear in person for the "next hearing" and have LOE standing behind him to take peacefully.
The alternative is this joker will not turn himself in or worse the sheriff goes out to pick him up and he's waiting on them with violent intentions.

The independent controller appointed by that court has also noted that there was no compliance department, and when the CFO (Weisselberg) admitted to financial crimes, the Trump Organization did not fire him, as any legitimate company would do, but instead gave him a $2,000,000 severance package with an NDA that prohibits him from sharing any information with anyone, including law enforcement, except in very narrow circumstances (this is almost certainly unenforceable, but he'd risk a lawsuit to find out).
Same for the controller: not fired for admitted criminal behavior, but rewarded as long as he keeps his mouth shut.
