I LOVE that the nation's patience for sov citizens is getting shorter and shorter.
Hell yeah!
The same is happening with frauditurds also. It’s about time.
Unfortunately, people are just as ignorant as the Sov cidiots when it comes to figuring out who is a sov cidiot, and who is someone just standing up for their constitutional rights, and here to prove my point is philipstanko6011 who probably thinks everyone is a "frauditor" because he knows even less about the law than a SovCidiot.
Finally.
if they would have removed the pay off (prentending any of it made any sense and playing there games) it would have ended much sooner.
i love how she brandishes her birth certificate like some arcane talisman of terrifying power. they give one of those to literally all of us, you dizzy blintz.
Dizzy blintz😂😂😂😂😂
Yeah she realises that that nonsense was not gonna fly
the fact that she produced that thing in response to being asked if she was an infant or minor made it seem like the answer to that question was definitely "yes."
I enjoy your use of the English language! Bravo!

The level of arrogance and the fact that they are that self assured never fails to amaze me.
judge webster should have sentenced the 2nd girl to write down 100 times each of the amendments she mentioned in court, to make sure she gets at least one of them right next time.
So she hasn't paid her rent for 5 months, and now she agrees to pay $5k in the next week. I'm not holding my breath. More likely she will be squatting for another year. These courts are just an endless parade of human debris.
Tough when states make it so hard to evict bad/non-paying tenants. And people wonder why rents are so high...
Unbelievable that anyone thinks that this is gonna be resolved.
I'm waiting for the update in 2 weeks, when she DOESN'T pay, and tries to double down on the dumb.
Based on other sov-cit cases I've seen on YT, she'll likely give them an IOU & claim that's payment.
This aint over. She's going to attempt to pay the $5k with a 'certificate' linked to the $1Billion that every sov-cidiot has access to.
I'm a high school history teacher and the entitlement and stupidity is getting worse.
Sure. Okay Boomer. Life was so much better in the olden days, stupid people didn't exist before now. Ridiculous. 😂🤦🏼♀️😒
I hate *SO MUCH* people who use big words to sound smart. Especially when they don’t know what the words mean. 🤨
She's reading from the sovtard script
I GUARANTEE she doesn't pay a DIME of that $4000.😂😂😂
Agreed. She'll probably pull some bullshit like "you can get your money from my account with the U.S. Treasury!"
Girl forgot the 9th Amendment, in which she would have received a Happy Meal.
Apprehensive the free toy is a mini Bill of Rights and a gram of m*th?
But only at certain times a day due to price adjustments, else she'll be given cereal only.

Contempt. Throw her in jail.
2 seconds in...and I agree!
100%.
Looks like a civil case. I think contempt sanctions in civil cases are usually monetary. Kinda extreme to jail someone just for being obnoxious in a civil matter.
@@Vykk_Draygo a judge can throw you in jail for contempt in civil cases as well.
Default at the very least, dayum
The punishment should include send her to education course to learn the constitution
Judge Webster should have asked her if you add up the 3rd, 4th 5th and 11th Amendment together, what Amendment do you get? 😂
She should have come in a tank top and claim the 2nd amendment - The right to "bare" arms
I doubt she can count that high.
Her new mailing address at the jail/prison!
Freedom!!! 😁😆😅🤣😂
I don't think teasing somebody over their knowledge of the Constitution that they were trying to (unsuccessfully) assert is very professional. The judge could have told her what those amendments meant and why they don't apply but instead she brushed her off and that person didn't learn a thing.
The Judge is in no mood to toss this Sovcit's word salad. PAY YOUR BILLS!
It’s all funny until you realize how much money they are costing taxpayers! They need to up the court fees for these people. Also, good video.
you are SPOT on DD and thanks for the kind words!
Agree!
I think given the fines and penalties they tend to incur for themselves, it all balances out LOL
@@alldayagain except when they don't pay those fines, and penalties, and they are put in jail. That just costs the taxpayers even more to house, clothe, and feed them.
This is a bad argument. Raise the court fees, they can't pay, send them to jail, higher burden on the tax payer.
Edit: I'm a jackass. You meant the sov cit in the civil case. In which case I actually agree.
The second one clearly demonstrates our education system. It's worse...they vote.
Yes, this is what happens when the Republican Party has waged war on our education system for decades. Not only defunding and underfunding education, but denigrating and degrading education and educated people.
Until we get serious about rebuilding our public school system, we will continue to fall behind every other industrial nation.

Scary as all hell where we are headed with these fools
And social media keeps them isolated from any vocabulary boost potential.
And their parents throw a fit whenever the state tries to improve the school cirriculum to teach facts they dont like.
A civics class should be required for graduation from high school.
What’s sad is that it is everywhere I’ve lived so I’d wager it is in at least the majority of places, but in my experience it barely covers just the 3 branches of government and how they work.
And an exam that they have to pass, otherwise stay on and retake it.
You mean 3rd grade, because that is usually the highest grade by most sovtards.
How about just a single functioning brain cell? That's clearly missing here.
Used to be. Lefties have destroyed education and accountability. 🤷♂️
How can those two attorneys at the bottom of the screen NOT break out in laughter when she said the 11 Amendment was about being a parent?
It seemed the Judge was holding back as hard as she could. LOL

Issue a bench warrant if she persists in continuing to refuse to identify herself. Good on you, Judge Kleinrock
Contempt, 30 days!!!
Bless her little heart. She was so determined to stand up for her rights......but she forgot what they were. Maybe next time. lol
Can you imagine how successful she could be if she actually learned the REAL way those amendments are used and applied? Too bad she took the lazy way out by learning everything she knows from CZcams. 😅

Why
Don’t these people know
That this shit NEVER works HAHaHA
I feel like ALOT of the time, because the prosecutors lower the charges or reduce it to a fine because they want to be done with it and that's a problem. I see way too many of these people be given breaks, albeit, most of the time the changes are very minimal, however, them continuing to just reduce them down just because they are annoyed is a huge problem that let's these Muppets think they can continue this nonsense.
@@Hylian_Mew_ I think most plea deals would have happened regardless of the sovcit nonsense. Offering plea deals is pretty standing in most cases because it streamlines the court process. They have a *lot* of cases to go through so every one that they can simplify and get out of the system, the better it is for their case load. Plus, pleas are considered successful prosecutions for their statistics.
Always said it's a hail Mary playbook for dumb criminals that think they're smart.

She honestly didn't even seem concerned that she didn't know. She wrote it down, so I guess she doesn't need to know them. I'll admit I needed to look up the 11th. Having done so, I understand why I didn't know it off the top of my head. It's not related to anything in question.

If she doesn't want to abide by the laws of the country/state/town she's in then arrest her and deport her
Deport her where? Don’t understand how deportation works?
It amazes all the commenters that just say “just deport them….”
You sound as ignorant as the sovcits
She's perfectly happy abiding by the law when it benefits her, like when she signed the lease on her home, but when she tries not to abide by that lease then she's "here on special appearance".
You're as ignorant as that treasonous judge.
Deport her to WHERE? Spin a wheel?
Here's the catch-22. Yes, in the distant past, that would be a fair comeuppance for a sovshit. Other legal considerations aside, most nations are party to a treaty wherein they cannot take actions to leave a person stateless. That is to say, you always have to have a recognized citizenship. There are a few loopholes, but none of them arise as a result of declaring oneself an American National or a Freeman on the Land or some stupid crap. You just can't throw someone out of a place where they have citizenship, nor can you just take away their citizenship.
The practical upshot is that although these clowns probably deserve to be deported, you can't deport a citizen nor strip their citizenship and leave them stateless (because nobody recognizes that Moorish/sovcit crap).
Now... if a person with dual citizenship tried it in one of the countries for which he has citizenship, THAT country could deport him to the other country of citizenship. This is one of the downsides to dual citizenship - any country can recognize any, some, or all of your citizenships. So if (example) you're Canadian / US / Israeli, any country has the right to treat you as any of those they see fit, which might cause difficulties in some places even though you are expecting to be treated as a Canadian and showed up dripping maple syrup. But such a person could be stripped and deported from one of those countries to either of the other two. Canada has been known to strip old Nazis of their citizenship and send them back to Germany, for example.
When Canada deports you... ouch. That's like a kick in the stones from Santa.
Judge Webster is toying with her . . .but really, why is she driving on our roads if she is not subject to our laws?
Yep, notice how they all claim to be in their "private conveyance" yet private does not equal public.
She doesn't pay taxes, so she's not allowed to drive on our rodes.
She should have been ordered to write an essay on the amendments she claimed to wanted to utilize against the police.

SovCit has NO intention of paying! She will do what they all do......send the landlord a 'not for legal tender' document that gives them the authority to access the funds through the 'Treasury Department' since they believe their birth certificate holds some magic power that gives them millions of dollars to use as they want.
