She has the patience of a saint, I know from other cases.
There is no sense in arguing with these clowns
THIS GUY IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!
She mollycoddles Pro Se defendants.
Crazy. Just find him in contempt and toss him in jail.
Just put this fool in prison!
Prison is for offenses punishable by no less than a year and a day.
Jail would be more appropriate, and hopefully get the message across his scripts will only get him deeper in trouble.

That is a problem with the zoom hearings. If they were in a courtroom, you could take them directly to jail. if you hold them in contempt on zoom, I seriously doubt anyone would turn themselves into jail. The judges know this.
@@dianehardison2133that’s why judges, after their first hearing with a sovcit, should require all future hearings be held in person.

Judge, please just shut him down already. You cant educate someone that doesn’t want to be educated. Contempt it is for him. You HAVE NO LICENSE and you CANNOT DRIVE WITHOUT ONE. Better get that plane ticket.
The actual definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Sovcits are truly insane!!!
I think the judges glasses might cross the line a bit too 😂
I would say they know what they are doing and they are doing this on purpose. Disrupt and create chaos. He might rethink his choices if he was thinking about it from the pokey.
She gave him the Schoolhouse Rock version of the law. 😂 Brilliant!
Judge Webster is good at that. That "suffer no fools" elementary school social studies teacher energy. xD
And he didn't listen to, nor understand a word of what she said.
Uhhh almost she left out the amendment explaining how constitution like to state codes
That was a totally concise and excellent explanation. It's also totally wasted on this guy.

Brit here. I’m reading over the 6th Amendment; Can someone point me in the right direction of this guy’s claim that a criminal offence has to have a victim?
What does he mean when he’s talking about nature and cause and legal intent? That’s all bollocks.
People need to understand that Maritime (admiralty) law was only used when the Royal Navy landed upon the Americas, until the time settlements were made and local government was formed. These idiots quote ‘common law’, but this relates only to the time that the Magna Carter was created. Does he realise that common law was replaced with statute, created by sovereign parliaments, to replace, amend or add to common law.
If he only claims jurisdiction under common or admiralty law, what offence does a person get prosecuted under for something like possession of images of child abuse?
Complete and utter bellends, the lot of them.
PS, he’s in his car when he shouldn’t be driving.
Thanks for taking the time to explain exactly what his faux argument tried to be
At first I thought “sovereign citizens” were amusing but now I see them as dangerous. They use precious resources of time and money among other things. I wonder if a psychiatric evaluation might be in order?
A common tactic is to mix civil law, which requires a claim from an injured party for which relief can be granted, and criminal law which brings charges on behalf of the citizenry. If you haven’t seen it before, he’s reading from a script. You can watch dozens of variations of this scene by looking for sovereign citizen court videos.
You're not dealing with logical people who are will to accept an answer they don't agree with. There's really no further explanation needed.
Perhaps he should be sentenced to walk the plank considering he wants to be tried by Maritime law. 😉
Judge Webster is far too lenient. She should have closed him down immediately, demanded straight, short answers to her questions, and held him in contempt as soon as he deviated from that, in order to get the hearing resolved quickly and be able move on. Time is money, and it should not be wasted on these idiots' meritless ramblings, especially on such a minor simple case as not having a driving licence. If he wants to appeal jurisdiction he can in a higher court, but in this court his motion has been denied and he must shut up.

If you’re interested there’s a fascinating case called Meads v Meads from Alberta Canada that was adjudicated by the Chief Justice of Alberta back in 2012. Due to this case and many others like it, he then went on to right an official Rule regarding these morons. Indeed. The Dunning -Krüger is _strong_ with this one.

The "asking questions" is a tactic, where they attempt to advance their argument by just "asking questions". That's why they ALWAYS do the "can I/ may I ask some questions" first.
If this was a debate he would be ebating "in bad faith".
My favorite judge just says “I’m not here to answer your questions.” Period. This judge gave him an inch and he kept pushing it
Why do Judges allow defenders to talk when they have not being given permission to talk that's contempt immediately.Sovcits must not be given any leeway.
I mean she did require him to be in court knowing it would be near impossible for him to get there, I suspect she's going to issue a bench warrant.
They always have to keep the moral high ground and not do anything that could resemble bullying on the record.
@@nopenope7914Exactly…and (ideally) judges are chosen and appointed because they have a handle on their ego and emotions…also this particular judge seems to be a pleasant person who genuinely wants to serve her community. It’s no skin off the Judges’ teeth to give a provide the defendant concise explanation of what is going on.
Is there some secret sovcit video that shows one being successful? Because I've only ever seen them fail and fail again and I cannot figure out why they would see all these failures and somehow think they're going to be the special one to succeed. @@nono-qi4ox in order to be held in contempt of court you have to violate a direct order of the court her telling him to be quiet has no merit because he’s there for official business.. and the judge is required to answer his questions.. there was no contempt..
The judge did tell him (order) that the question was asked and answered and to move on more than once. He immediately repeated the question. That's the contempt. You can be held in contempt by simply addressing the judge with the wrong honorific for the court they are sitting at. So if you say "ma'am" or "judge" instead of say the correct "your honor" you could be held in contempt as an actual example. Totally depends on the judge and which court as to how much or how little they are willing to put up with. @@QueenB81g

He is not driving. He is clearly sitting in his car.
He won't be having a bench trial. He'll get a warrant and sit in a Texas jail until they come and get him. Most likely they won't have time and money to send someone taht far to pick him up for an offense that small. So, he won't be extradited on it and they'll just release him.

The contempt charge was about 20 minutes after it should’ve been.
Webster needs to require him to complete a basic civics class and require a final grade of at least 95.
That would be a huge improvement, considering his current score is probably around 5%.
I wrote the following several months ago.
- Before granting the defendant Pro Se status, how about the judge question them first on their knowledge of the Rules of Evidence and Court Procedure, and when they show a total lack of knowledge, then deny the Pro Se status and appoint an attorney. That would put a stop to this stuff. -

He'll probably zoom in tomorrow, if he even appears, and I have serious doubts about him showing for trial. I mean, he zoomed in from a car driver's seat! Zero respect for laws and the legal system.
I might give him slack if he really tries. For example, if he _provably_ zooms in from the Kansas airport arrivals area, showing he made a significant effort to be there, but didn't quite have time, then I would allow it. However, if he's still in Texas, he should be arrested.
