Brit here. I’m reading over the 6th Amendment; Can someone point me in the right direction of this guy’s claim that a criminal offence has to have a victim?
What does he mean when he’s talking about nature and cause and legal intent? That’s all bollocks.
People need to understand that Maritime (admiralty) law was only used when the Royal Navy landed upon the Americas, until the time settlements were made and local government was formed. These idiots quote ‘common law’, but this relates only to the time that the Magna Carter was created. Does he realise that common law was replaced with statute, created by sovereign parliaments, to replace, amend or add to common law.
If he only claims jurisdiction under common or admiralty law, what offence does a person get prosecuted under for something like possession of images of child abuse?
Complete and utter bellends, the lot of them.
PS, he’s in his car when he shouldn’t be driving.

Judge Webster is far too lenient. She should have closed him down immediately, demanded straight, short answers to her questions, and held him in contempt as soon as he deviated from that, in order to get the hearing resolved quickly and be able move on. Time is money, and it should not be wasted on these idiots' meritless ramblings, especially on such a minor simple case as not having a driving licence. If he wants to appeal jurisdiction he can in a higher court, but in this court his motion has been denied and he must shut up.

The judge did tell him (order) that the question was asked and answered and to move on more than once. He immediately repeated the question. That's the contempt. You can be held in contempt by simply addressing the judge with the wrong honorific for the court they are sitting at. So if you say "ma'am" or "judge" instead of say the correct "your honor" you could be held in contempt as an actual example.
