There are a few ways to take this but I read that point in the video as him trying to force his paradigm, that it's really all just a financial relationship wrapped in a contract. He throws out the buzz words and invites the judge to play a guessing game. In doing so he continues to wiggle out of moral responsibility, while trying to equal or dominate the authority figure by dictating the vocabulary. The judge seems to sense this by not getting lost in the pretzel logic, but taking just taking him at his word and saying "you are wrong." "I know what a trust is and this new 'toy' you're playing with is broken. You're sadly wrong."
A common pattern in oppositional defiant disorder is to blame the conflict on the authority figure. On his back foot by now, the defendant tries to suggest/hint with his pretzel language, that it's all a big plot and the state is just in it to take his money. The judge avoids the bait.
May be Squishy will be able to show us if the next phase leaves him wishing he had answered some of those yes or no questions.

The defendant got exactly what he was desiring: 1) Obfuscation of court proceedings. 2) Obstruction of the judicial process. 3) A failure to reach any sort of determination EXCEPT a further appearance in which the very same dialogue will continue. The defendant was carefully prepared. His objections and statements about Who and When were deliberately couched in terms of making the court proceedings go off the rail, and this will continue with Mr. "Idris" for as long as he can drag it out. There's no skin off of his back, and all these people working in the court system are going to have to attend this nonsense for as long as Mr. Idris likes. Most everyone in America is becoming aware of how these clowns are taking over a system that was constructed to help the accused through a confusing time, and most Americans are getting pretty fed up with their shenanigans.
