I'm desperately waiting for ANY judge to ask the million dollar question..If they claim to be a sovcit, and they have immunity from the laws of the United States, how can they invoke our constitution? Can't have it both ways.
Yes...! That's what I've said often...!
These fools are trying to use words in there favor without realizing that they are using it incorrectly. The constitution does have verbiage in it that protect citizens and sovereign individuals. These people however are trying to commit felonies and crimes then invoke the idea that because they don’t proclaim citizenship the law doesn’t apply but at the same time saying that the law protects them from having to face trail for those acts. They are wrong and the majority will end up in jail. It’s been over a year for this knucklehead but he will clearly mess up and get arrested. He believes he is bigger than he is
Great point!! I have also thought this often…. I guess SovIdiot is a proper pronoun lmfao
Judge Middleton has done that and more. He told them they use our roafs, our streetlights, our electric companies and more but claim the laws don't apply to them. He then went on to ask what's next, you can sell drugs or assault someone. Then after you punch the person they fall and die. He told him that's anarchy and chaos. But you want to cherry pick parts of the constitution and claim you're immune from our laws. We're waiting for the next hearing and the trial on his case. The prosecutor, Debra Davis is charging him with felonies for falsifying federal documents and staye documents. It didn't even get his attention. He kept on thinking his SovCit nonsense will get him out of trouble. Ms. Davis even stated she'd be calling a TSA agent and other very serious people.
The logic is wonky, but there is some logic. They aren't saying that they are immune from laws. They willfully confuse criminal and civil law. They essentially try to use a different set of laws that just aren't applicable. There is always a grain of truth in every lie. Someone, somewhere read up on commercial statutes and found one that said something similar to "the government can not require a specialized driver's license for commercial purposes." In other words, I don't have to have two driver's licenses. One for personal driving and one for commercial driving. (I am talking about purpose, not for specialized equipment like tractor/trailers) This all relates to interstate commerce and one state not imposing taxes on trucker's from another state. This is where all that "Federal law trumps state laws" stuff comes from.
The SovCits take the meaning to be that as long as they are conducting commerce, they don't need a license period. I can't tell if they are just ignorant or being willfully ignorant. Are they trying to play word games? I can warp my brain just enough to see it from their viewpoint. Although I have to warp my brain quite a lot.
Being your own lawyer is hard. But being your own lawyer when you're stupid is harder.😂

I have two disappointments. (1)It took way too long to get to contempt of court. (2)I didn't get to see the cops arrest him when he refused to show up for jail.
They simple do not care to really search for him because of 30 days. If he runs into a stop by accident they will definitely arrest him but they have more important things to do than search for someone because of 30 days. (Sooner or later they would have arrested him just because of "luck") He can not avoid any police controll for the rest of his life.
I agree
He didn’t turn himself in. He went on the run for a year and a half. He only showed back up when Michigan wouldn’t renew his drivers license with a warrant.
And even then; he tried to have the Judge removed from the case so that he wouldn’t have to do the 30 days.
I don't consent to this damn utility bill I just got either. I'll go to the office Monday and let them know. LMAO
😂😂😂😂😂 I'm right there with you complaining LOL
If it works for you I’ll try it too!
Also it's not a proper bill unless it's written by hand with a quill and has a wax seal.
I’ll put a few dollars on the commissary books for you but I’m not accepting calls from jail 😂
You're thinking too small. Don't consent to your mortage/rent. Unless those contracts were signed on the high seas under admiralty law.
I love it when they plead an $80 ticket down to 90 days in jail, $5000 in fines, and an $80 ticket.
yes that's pretty funny
His constant interruptions are grounds for jail. What an obnoxious pos.
This is the coolest judge I’ve ever heard or seen in my life. He actually took the time to help this kid out. Not only that but his patience is Absolutely Amazing
Way too tolerant. It's impossible to win a verbal argument with these clowns because they talk in circles and gibberish, with answers written specifically to confuse the system. Every and any reply the judge states is not acceptable and gets a roundabout answer.
In my opinion the defendant should have gotten more than 30 days for contempt of court.
He wont even serve that 30. These contempt charges almost never get fully served. They usually cut the person loose after 7 days.
These people get treated with kids gloves left and right and never actually held to a form of justice so it's natural they keep the charade going.
Get to break the law all you like and all you need to do is spout jargon at a judge and then serve 6 days in county? Seems easy tbh
He should if he actually does the 30 first
Be patient. His attitude assures this is not his last rodeo. If he does not come to his senses spending time in jail will be part of his life like vaccation for others. His choice.
He should get life. Get rid of him from society. There is no room in a civilized society for these lawless sovcit morons.
@@sinjin8576 We'll see. the judge did say no early release.

Kinda nice not to have someone constantly stopping the video giving their opinions or pointing out the obvious.

He repeatedly told the judge that he didn't understand. The judge should've responded by ruling he was incompetent to represent himself.
This is so unnecessary to many ppl pulling this foolishness. Wasting judges time.

I hate the smug way they act like they're just asking simple questions and the mean judge refuses to cooperate. It is classic passive-aggressive bully behavior - treat people like garbage and then act like a victim. Jail, jail, jail. Let him spend a week eating bologna sandwiches and using toilet paper for currency - that might teach him a new attitude. It sickens me that so many people go into court with sincere intention of trying to fix the situation, and these a-holes get coddled.

He got 30 days but said he wouldn't show up to the jail. IDK if they just let him go after that, they usually do.

Absolutely 👍🏽
Exactly! Some judges are super lenient but I’m glad this judge put his foot down. The judge gave this person so many chances, hopefully he learns a valuable lesson from this.
I disagree completely. The judge WAS putting up with defendant continually interrupting and talking over him. He keeps repeating hollow threats to shut him down, but seems too weak to make good on his threats. Defendant keeps asking for legal advice. Judge should remind him judges can't do that. Should also have held him in contempt for refusing to obey the courts orders not to keep going down that road.
And we know from the next hearing that he backs down from the contempt as well. The public defender has the judge wrapped around her finger and can talk him into anything.
Some judges are far too weak for the position.
We already know what happens after this. Defendant disobeys the direct court order to report to jail. Spends his time lounging at home. And when they next meet eye to eye, once again it's the judge who backs down, and the defendant who emerges triumphant.
This is the exact reason why they keep doing this because there is no consequences for his lack of completing his license, registration and proof of insurance
There were consequences.
I don't know how any judge can deal with people like this

@@jdeckape if you cannot afford legal representation a public defender will be appointed for you , , , there's a reason for that. NEVER waste a judge's time, and this one is dead right; "you need to educate yourself on court rules and procedures" - if you choose to represent yourself you are treated no differently than any other legal representative, why would you be or expect to be, it's the choice you make when you choose to represent yourself; you must literally "represent". The constitution (AFAIK I'm not American) provides protection from trial without representation (oops), right to a speedy trial; and no cruel and unusual punishment. As far as understanding the proceedings against them; it's his choice, because he chose to go to court. @@jackesioto hehe.....exactly
“I don’t consent to being arrested!” That’s nice, now put your hands behind your back 😂
@@MADmosche 😄 indeed!
This purportedly comes from the axiom of American law that government authority comes from the "consent of the governed". The error in their logic is that they think this refers to individual consent; it does not. We, the governed, give our consent by electing someone to represent our interests in government. If my choice doesn't win, I still have other options to ensure that my interests are represented, such as moving to a district where the elected representative does act as I would want, organizing a campaign to get the "bad" representative out of office, or lobbying to convince them to change their mind and vote as I would want. On top of that, many ballots contain referenda upon which voters can voice their opinions directly.
Our government is a participatory one. If you, dear SovCit, choose not to participate, then you forfeit your voice as to how it will operate.
"I'm trying to understand..." No you're not. You're trying to derail the legal process and His Honor is having none of it.

@@desertdog5397there was a warrant. Not sure why they never made the attempt to bring him in on it, though.
@@desertdog5397 There is an active arrest warrant for him. There are lots of people with active arrest warrants in the community, and they don't get picked up until they have an interaction with police over something else and the cop sees the active warrant in the system. It would be nice if police would go looking for every person with an active warrant, but the reality is that unless the defendant is considered dangerous enough (or 'important' enough for another reason), police don't specifically seek out every person with an active warrant. I'm not saying it should be this way, but those with warrants for failing to appear for offenses like traffic or misdemeanors like trespassing, disorderly (or even worse offenses) aren't usually individually sought out by police; it's not a police priority. It's the reality that creates a revolving door of non-accountability for criminals who don't pay consequences for not appearing in court.

@richardnunn1958 Yeah I think it's really interesting when people get frustrated that judges don't just lay the hammer down at a moment's notice.
Malcolm X is looking down and his neck is hurting shaking his head at this dude
Your consent in no longer a factor. the judge gave him every opportunity and excellent advice
This young man is attempting to show how intelligent he is and how much he knows about our country's laws and in hopes of impressing Judge Perkins. In my opinion, he is doing really well at proving he knows next to nothing whatsoever about our laws. That is, other than what he has remembered from his tutor CZcams University, where most all Sovereign, Moorish, and National people get their degree in Law.
You dont understand your' laws' or where they come from.
They are so stupid!
But I do. I've been in the legal field for 25 years and have an actual legal education. Who are you to tell anyone else what they do or do not understand, with your GED and "give 'em hell attitude"? Narcissism and secret words, secret bank accounts and entitlement, ignorance and hubris. That's what sovereign cidiots understand. They're all liars and idiots, who honestly believe they know more, thanks to Google and CZcams, than anyone else. Not one argument has ever prevailed, but they continue to lie and obfuscate, and falsely claim victories. They're the most disingenuous, dishonest, entitled people that have ever existed, and they fail every, single time. You know how this ended? This slimy little tick just got ordered to report to the county jail, and he decided to listen to a licensed attorney in the end. Because that's how our laws work, the Constitution is where they come from, and it is so vile that SovTard cowards don't believe they're subject to our laws, yet they run and hide behind our Constitution every chance they get. Because it's a movement born out of spoiled, little brats, who never got appropriately punished for their bad behavior as children, and who run around in their adult bodies throwing toddler temper tantrums in the courts. They can't deal with consequences so they act like children in the judicial system. They think there's special and privy to magic words which render them free from all legal consequences to their actions. The whole world is laughing at all of them. Yet they continue to tout their inanity. That doesn't make them special, it makes them mentally challenged, immature to the point of being emotionally stunted at a grade school level, and wrong. Every time.

Found the guy from the video😂
All he proved is he that he is naive.
I didn't know of this "secret" jurisdiction that we have 😂😂😂😂 I generally never consent to go to jail but alas, I go 😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣
My nephew has been asked if he has ever “gone to jail”. He says he has never GONE but he’s been forced!
What an absolute fool this guy is. Rules don’t apply to him apparently
I love the smirk that man has at the end like he has won.😂😂😂😂😂
He keeps saying he doesn’t understand, my grandson could keep up.
👏🏾👏🏾The judge handled this perfectly!
Wow. I usually skip videos over 20 minutes yet I’ve now watched this twice. Comedy GOLD.
They seem to read all the nonsense on sovereign citizens websites. How can so many of them spout all this without realising it never works
If I was his mom I'd pop him upside his head for embarrassing his family so badly. He does sound like a smart young man so I wonder if he has some mental issues.
narcissism
No. His mom never held him to account for any of his bad behavior in childhood. That's where this hubris and massive sense of entitlement come from.
He is this way because his mom taught him he is self entitled
Thank you OSG for sharing this prequel! You're amazing at your job! 😊👍👏
PERFECT RULING:
The govt takes possession of his vehicle until he shows ownership/insurance.
Absolutely!!
This is why society is sliding down. No respect, not addressing the judge properly and not reprimanded.
Love how this guy refers to the jurisdiction like a twitch streamer would talk to chat
This guy wants to be in charge. He thinks he is in charge. Insane
A man who represents himself in court has a fool for a client. - Attributed to Abraham Lincoln
Jamil is driving around in a Jaguar but won't hire himself an attorney. Incredible.
My thoughts also. How does this young jackass own a jag?
a decade old jaguar
So annoying with their "Let the record show"..
If the words come out of your mouth, the court reporter takes them down, thus, they're in the record.
Saying "Let the record show" comes straight out of TV shows. It's unnecessary to say it
That is a perfect reason for you to get an attorney
$65 + court costs or 30 days contempt? Just pay the damn fines!
I agree the defendant must not value his own time to be bothered to drag this out over multiple hearings.
Thank you, Squish! We are not surprised that you came through with this one (and in ONE Day!!). You are squishy, but you still rock!
The judge says "you're going to jail" and you can tell he is taken aback and trying to take this in while trying to keep the nonsense up by saying "pursuant to uh um uh...."
Yup I noticed that!! He also said "you need to choose TWO jurisdictions" when he was stumbling over his words.
