These sovcits are charged with simple citations for traffic offenses and turn them into bench warrants, contempt charges and felonies! What tools!
Make ALL of his court dates In Person! Enough with the silliness already.
But then we won't get to enjoy his silliness, unless this court puts in-person appearances on CZcams (most courts don't).
Other judges have tried that, and he just doesn’t bother to show up. One thing you have to give Martin credit for is that unlike most sovereign citizens who only think they are above the law and not subject to its jurisdiction, Martin is able to repeatedly demonstrate that he actually is above the law by walking all over every judge he deals with.

I looked up the statute for his State regarding stupidity and there is no such statute.

People forget, the insurance law is protecting us from people who either a) can't drive or b) shouldn't be driving because of multiple dangerous driving infractions - with sovcits, it's usually DUIs - alcohol or weed. Most of these idiots are tax fraudsters and pond bottom feeders.
It's become clear that the only way to make these burdens on society stop their delusional behavior is to make them appear in court, in person, every time. Based on other sov cit videos they HATE that!
What good is a bench warrant when they have no intention of enforcing it?

Judges really need to start handing out contempt fines/sentences for repeating arguments/motions that have already been ruled on and for making “demands”. They have no authority to make demands.

Yep. It's ridiculous that some states allow jury trials for every misdemeanor and traffic charge. In my state (Arizona), we only allow jury trials for a handful of misdemeanors. The rest all get bench trials and are generally wrapped up within 30-60 days.
The courts get backed up, that's why there are so many plea deals that seem lenient - to free up courts so trials aren't 4 months in the future for stuff this simple.
As long as he ends up having to pay for all the court time he's used when he's found guilty, it seems fair

I'm doing much better now but right after I got there they had to take out one of my ribs, among other things, and I definitely wasn't planning on being there that long so it was just network TV in the room and CZcams on my phone so it was nice having his videos to pass the time!

This dude got pulled over for the normal trifecta of traffic tickets(no registration, no license, no insurance) then he lost his motorcycle bc it was impounded and he refused to pay the impound fees and now he has two warrants for missing court dates. I love the way these sovcits turn the smallest tickets into huge, money draining events. This dude is so clueless that he can’t seem to see the writing on the wall which is that nobody is listening to his insane rhetoric.
I like how he admits to everything he did, but then he states that he didn't say anything that could be used against him. Typical SovCit gibberish that has never stood up in court - the prosector will have a field day with him in court.

In the state of Queensland Australia they have passed special laws against vexatious litigants which was designed to prevent this kind of behaviour wasting the courts time
There are also laws against vexatious litigants in America, too. But it’s rarely used.
Why do they keep allowing him to delay this case over and over again, there is a bench warrant so get the officers to go to his house and arrest his ass . They need to stop putting him in from of other judges if it’s for the same case , if it’s one judge they know what he’s playing at and can stop him dead in his tracks. This has gone on far too long and some much taxpayer’s money is being wasted on prosecuting this clown.
