I hate when they say "Accused" if she is charged say that she is charged not Accused.
Because there's people "Accused" of things they didn't actually do. If your an Uber driver with someone that robbed a bank and then it comes out on the news with "Accused" with your picture on there. This happened to me in Maryland. They broke my window, stole my car, took it to VA to fix the window and produce fake temp plates at a dealership using a machine that can inly produce those types of plates. The only reason I know because the police found the vehicle in Baltimore county being used by a college student who was obviously involved in the crime but he didn’t expect for the vehicle to be discovered. When I googled the name on the fake registration it was a picture of a kid I seen outside my window several times in PG county. There were McDonalds receipts and garage parking tickets in my car dated the day after my car was stolen with all my cleaning products and tools still in the trunk. The student lied to the police and said he was a victim too and brought the car legitimately (my apartment parking permit sticker was still on the windshield too). Baltimore and PG police believed him and didn’t conduct a further investigation because as I was told by them “just be lucky you got your car back, we have bigger cases to solve”. SMH if any law enforcement is reading this please reply with contact info for an agency representative who can assist me in the DMV area. Thanks!

@@jool7793 Well, if you were in business and people were required to buy insurance because a law forces them to or go to jail whenever they get caught on roads without it, wouldn't you have people lined up to get at least the minimum amount of coverage that is required by law? Also, on the higher-end and not required stuff, like theft coverage or comprehensive damage, wouldn't you make sure you charged enough on your rates to cover the damages that would get paid out, with enough extra to make you some money on that investment? Might you want to make sure you could pay out on all the claims you are required to at one time, if needed, to make sure you don't go bankrupt if there was a big crime spree, or a hurricane (it IS Miami) came through and did a lot of damage all at once and you had to pay for it?
Otherwise, yeah, I agree. These corporations can be quite greedy, and many just go bankrupt (and don't pay every claim they are supposed to) when something big happens all at once. They even get away with ageism, sexism, and discriminating based on marital status. They charge more on premiums based on those factors. They discriminate based on the neighborhood and how many accidents or thefts it has, which can often break right down racial divides. Try being an 18-year-old unmarried young man in a Puerto Rican and black neighborhood in Miami with some new wheels you want full coverage, including uninsured motorist damage, theft, and natural disaster coverage. I would NOT want to pay for that insurance. Of course, if there were far fewer people stealing cars (especially in that local community), the rates would be lower for that person.
