      He claims he had, and given that he claims to have proof he did attempt to be in court, the stakes are a bit higher than a general motion. So they're giving him a little leeway in that regard. I'd even give him the benefit of the doubt that whatever it was he sent was just caught in their filters since the attempt during court still didn't deliver to Judge but did make it to the others.

    • @mysticdragonwolf89
      @mysticdragonwolf89 Před 3 měsíci +4

      Whether they are allowed or not is up to the judge and he gave permission - given the past zoom hearing and him dealing with SC, I wager, it’s an attempt to show - 1. To show SCs what they are to the court ie us the viewers, 2. Show he is willing to let them make a case (however impossible it maybe), 3. He isn’t biased against SCs - it could give grounds for request for recusal however slight that maybe (impossible even - as SCs don’t recognize the authority of the court so why should the judge take any action. It’s in the SCs choice whether to accept or not, not the judge).

    The cases he cites: Sherar vs Cullen & Louisville vs Mottley OBVIOUSLY don't say what he says they say.
    Sherar essentially says that if you have a choice between a sanction and a constitutional right, it's basically unconstitutional. The case arose out of a guy who worked at the IRS being audited. He felt the audit was unwarranted and retaliation for talking to a senate subcommittee. He refused to give up his tax records when requested. Instead of going through the proper steps and getting a court order, they fired him. The court ruled that if your choice is giving up a constitutional right like self incrimination and losing your job with the government(or some other sanction not court ordered), it is unconstitutional. As you can see, that has nothing to do with whatever nonsense this guy is playing at.
    Louisville v Mottley is a railroad case whose holding basically says that to determine if jurisdiction is federal, you only look at the complaint, not by any defenses, counterclaims or counterclaims

    Checking the senders notification information only specifies that the sent email has been handed over in the next step of the process. This means that the sender cannot verify that the email has been delivered until, and only until, the recipient sends actual confirmation of the actual receipt.

    All this horrific, obnoxious, rude, selfish behaviour is making so many people’s jobs difficult in society. Poor judge is so frustrated, as would be the court reporter, the clerk & the prosecutor. And because this disgusting type of behaviour has become so ridiculously common, it’s affecting numerous industries. As an emergency medical dispatcher, we cop attitudes like this several times a shift - each. No matter how nice we are to people, there are people like him who think they can just demand an ambulance to arrive instantly, without giving any information on what is actually wrong with the patient so we can triage them & give potentially life saving advice. Then there are customer service workers in food, supermarkets & other shops who are apparently copping this horrible behaviour regularly. Doesn’t being so obnoxious & difficult not make them feel horrible too? I guess not as most seem to be sociopaths/narcissists so they probably don’t actually care that they spend all their time angry, full of hate & being difficult 🤷‍♀️

    Judge doesnt give excuses. He rules. He does yet have to do it in writing. He only has to do it on the record.
    Change of venue doesnt mention another judge will hear the case.
    Judge isn’t operating under the Commerce Clause. You aren’t there to argue your trial. You are there for a pre trial hearing. You have to follow the process. Judge runs the courtroom, not you. He doesn’t work for you.
    You tube University has failed you.
    Whine and complain all you want. Judge was proper in every thing he did and said. Goodbye.
