I've seen Judge Perkins deal with multiple sovereign citizens but he always acts like he's never heard these arguments before. He needs to stop giving these arguments actual consideration.
Agreed, but if he doesn't play their game even just a little they can come back with a bias accusation, mistrial for not having adequate legal representation, and so many more things. It's easier to let these people get thier argument in and at least be "heard" or else they'll be back and then that's when these cases get dismissed cuz the courts are sick and tired of hearing from them. It's easier to listen to a little now, make a record that it's been heard and dealt with that to have it bite the judge in the butt harder later.

Judge is getting pissed because the papers he submitted about the Supreme Court ruling that you don't need a license or insurance are not at all stating anything about that!! And now he's backpedaling trying to say that he was going to take some of the stuff out of it. And what he actually submitted actually CONTRADICTS WHAT HE'S TRYING TO PROVE!! I won a ticket case once, got a ticket at 639am for no lights Louisiana law only requires lights between hours of sunset and sunrise, weather channel put sunrise at exactly 625am 😊 i was respectful and dressed correctly 😊 presented my evidence judge said shes got it all right here case dismissed 😊😂

I realize it's easy to get frustrated with these morons- that said, be very careful what you wish for. I think we all know the dangers of censorship, so I won't go into some long speech about it- accept to say it's a solution that's far worse than the problem it tries to solve. In the end, we simply have to trust ppl to have enough sense to avoid stupid conspiracy theory nonsense like this- and for the most part, they do. I know it doesn't seem that way, but you have to remember- when ppl do the right thing, there's nothing for the news to report on. There are probably a million hearings via Zoom across the country every day. Only a small fraction of them involve a defendant who is, let's say, problematic. Using Zoom increased efficiency and decreased costs for all parties including the court, attorneys, plaintiffs and defendants, law enforcement, corrections officers, subject matter experts, and so on. You would think that the defendants who are problematic on Zoom would be compliant and respectful if they appeared in person but that isn't necessarily the case. They have the same demeanor whether via Zoom or in person and the behavior usually has to be rather extreme or repetitive despite multiple warnings before judges take any action.

They have no pro-social cognitive mechanisms for connecting the dots between their behavior, the processes of law, and the integrity of society.

Step 1. submit nonsense paperwork that the court/police don’t recognize, the delivery is signed for for arrival, but the paperwork is nonsense and not recognized of basis for fact; so most court and police do not respond to it as the paperwork only states SC nonsense and does not require a response.
Step 2. most SCs deliver by mail the day before or day of - ensuring the court does not have time to process or locate the paperwork, forcing a further delay.
Step 3 - put the court as being responsible as the SC has signed delivery so it’s not the SC fault, but the court.
Step 4 - Rinse and repeat for every offense till the court realizes this is the SC bread and butter.
Unfortunately there is a flaw - one that this judge has brought up multiple times:
When representing yourself you must adhere to the court rules set by the state, this includes submitting evidence and proper documentation that is relevant to the type of court appearance at hand.
EVERY SC does the same thing and submits paperwork that’s not proper to the court date at hand then they complain that the court has lost their paperwork when it was improperly filed.
He went from "I have supreme court cases" to "it's on the other paper" to "I know other people this worked for."
It's actually a little sad. This guy seems gullible.

Lots of judges have gone back to not having zoom hearings, which is sad, because we don't get to see the cases. The ones that do still have it, like Judge Perkins here, generally have the same public defenders, so watching the same judges over and over, you'll see the same PDs over and over.
I went to criminal justice and private investigator school. But I got kicked out. For no reason. Then I went to school for business management and law but I didn’t finish.

Why is this Judge playing into this guys delusions. He has fictitious paperwork and the Judge wants to look at it? Why? The guy doesn’t have a license and should not have driven period. Doesn’t this Judge have any common sense? Smh
Judges have to at least take a look at it to make sure there isn't some valid argument and also not play into the sovcit delusion that they're biased.
