This is dangerous, and needs to be dealt with accordingly by Judges. Sov cits want to be American without obeying laws, or paying into the system, but when someone trespasses on them, they will use 911, medical, fire, and insurance for self preservation and compensation.
Its a very simple solution too. Its called extra jail time and a minimum fine of 5000 dollars for wasting court time and recourses. Judges have the power to do that but receive backlash when they do. Its a no win situation

Many folks feel this way and as this movement grows it’s going to come to a head. These cases will eventually clog up the court dockets if they haven’t already. Half them don’t have a pot to piss in. There’s going to be a time one of these fools do some major damage to someone’s car and possibly worse yet humongous medical bills incurred these uninsured fools won’t be accountable for. Let’s see them dig into these “trusts” I’ve heard more than one mention. That trust going to be bare boned.

My ex is currently doing it now to others. Playing "video games" at 14 yo boys houses. I've said things and Noone seems to think it's an issue. It's stories like yours that make me worry about the kids that it's happening to now

By the way, the fact that a young woman was *18* when she travelled to see him means he started grooming her when she was a minor.

I watched a video recently, where an attorney in Canada went full sovcit over a privacy shield, including going pro-se in court. Her name is Naomi Arbabi. After the case was dismissed, she was suspended by the Law Society of British Columbia (which is the equivalent to a Bar Association in the US), she resigned for it and the issue was so egregious, you could consider her effectively disbarred. In Germany, a former federal MP, who previously worked as a judge, was arrested after being found a suspect of being member of a group of "Reichsbürger" (who are like sovcits, but with terrorist tendencies) that was involved in a coup attempt in 2022. Her name is Birgit Malsack-Winkemann.
My point: There are not just random nutjobs who use the sovcit script, sovcits can be anywhere, including in the highest of political places such as Parliament.
