I plan on pleading guilty but I have just a few questions asked..... Which they should never allow them to do that anyway you can't ask questions if you're going to plead guilty...
Anyway this morning goes with his script and starts and he goes okay I just have a few questions and then the idiot says...... Can I expect to get a fair hearing today??...... The judge says you can ask any questions like that you either or pleading guilty or you want to go to trial there is no hearing today is it going to rain.... The guy says okay okay let me write that down so you're saying here's no expectation of a fair hearing so let me write that down.......... Then he asked the next question and the judge doesn't answer me just this is a arraignment either you're going to say you plead guilty where we go forward with a pre-trial and we go with that you can't have it both ways or he goes okay okay so you're saying I don't have the right to this let me write that down.....
FINALLY THE JUDGE BURST OUT AND I LOVE IT... STOP SAYING YOU'RE WRITING THINGS DOWN...... She makes out state attorneys and da look criminal in their neglect, she out shines 98% and to me only Mr Jared Regier stand with her upon th iui a pedestal, and because they do it so well its pain to watch ones from say Fulton county hard to watch, thankfully judge manning more than makes up for the da inept.
She is trying way too hard to not laugh during his rambling, and frankly I totally understand. 😂

This SovCit doesn't know that this judge was doing everything in his power to uphold the sixth amendment - including having counsel assigned and having the charges explained to him. It doesn't say that he gets to confront his accuser - the sixth amendment states he will be confronted by the witnesses against him - but that is for a later time. All things need to be done in order so that his rights are maintained.

The problem this kid has, is he thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room. He clearly knows nothing about law and is basing all his responses on his feelings. That will not go well for him if he takes this to a jury trial, he’s going to lose and then have his probation revoked, without question.

I've got Covid now, 2nd time in three years. Just because you don't have it doesn't mean that nobody does. It's been pretty rough, hard to breathe.
Zoom hearings are godsends for people who can’t afford to take much time off work, who can’t get transportation, who have mobility issues, etc. Remember that we only see the funny and dramatic cases-we don’t see the hours and hours of cases with polite, well-behaved defendants.
I've spent the last 12 days testing covid positive. It hasn't miraculously gone away; it's just various governments no longer require reporting yet wonder why the numbers they are getting [due to need for anti-viral medications] are increasing.
Nah, that's a great way to slow down the court system even more. This way people don't have as many excuses to not appear for a hearing. The same excuses that used to delay hearings time after time can only be used sparingly now. This is a good thing.
