Max you my friend are soooo down to earth with that comment, about not giving 100% making millions and blue collared workers working their butts off for pennies,,with a big smile ...love listening to you Max Thank You
About Josh Anderson. Remember last year, how we said the same things about Mike Hoffman? like: why is he still on the power play? why don't they talk to him? he doesn't fit in the culture and so on. My humble opinion is that the coaching staff do everything they can and then when they see nothing basically changes, they let go (or give up) . This feels like the same process. We''ll see if Josh Anderson gets traded this summer like Mike Hoffman ( btw, most of us thought that he wasn't tradable)
it nice to have a first line that hot . having 2 line well balance help the team more , it take the pressure off the first line .joshua roy help on the second line as much as if you place him in place of caufield caufield , suzuki , slafkovski roy , dach , ? newhook , evans , armia i like cole eiserman as a draft pick if is still available
That's why the expression of 'top 6' came about. A team that only relies on one line the season through will be contained and will be pounded every game until exhaustion and injury occurs. Having two top dangerous lines doesn't overwork your top line and doesn't permit the other team to have a rest. If you notice, Montreal is weak in the 3rd period, teams tie up the score or simply beat Montreal in the final period. Why.....because Montreal's top line is tired out and banged up. Montreal has no offence beyond the 1st line. Once Dach is back and they get rid of Anderson and get a top 6 offensive player, this team can be a contender for a playoff spot.
This year there was no real pressure on Monty because it was a rebuilding year. You play differently with and without pressure. Some players start to think about the move they will make and some just play. That split second of thinking is enough to be scored on.
Great show. enjoy hearing you guys. merci. My question, I can't stand the dumb ad (or any other ad) patch on the Hab's jersey. I can't believe that Mr Molson (who doesn't need the money) would allow the jersey to be ruined by mickey mouse advertising. There is WAY TOOOO much advertising in the game as it is. ie. ads on the ice, the boards etc!!!
ALL of you guys early year were saying Cayden was trash ....except me.I was even hearing that his numbers were not good enough but Laval is like the habs awful defensively as a TEAM.I stated that the Habs defense and the goalies are good enough to win a cup our forwards are trash we cannot win a cup with these forwards and this coach. I have forever stated that Merzlikins is a great goalie but again people only look at numbers.Bad teams allow long cycles and HQ shots so goalies have no chance on bad teams.
give Primeau real game ice time.the 3 goaly system deprived him of important experiences.real game sittuations. practices you do not get those intense momments like real games .
DACH ANDERSON SLAFKOVSKY WOULD BE A TOP NOTHCH LINE AND GIVE THEM TIME TO LEARN EACH OTHERS GAME ARMIA ROY NEWHOOK A FANTASTIC LINE SO TRADE FOR A PLAYER TO PLAY WITH SUZUKI AND YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT LINE TAKE THE TIME AND MAKE A BIG POWERFUL HARD TO PLAY AGAINST 4TH LINE GOAL TENDING IS FINE MATCH UP YOUR DMEN AND NUMBER ONE CHANGE THE COACHING STAFF TO A STAFF THAT KNOWS HOW TO PLAY IN THE D ZONE AND TOUGH PLAYOFF HOCKEY AND THIS TEAM WILL BE IN THE PLAYOFFS NEXT YEAR NOT WITH THIS COACHING STAFF THEY HAVE NOW
I disagree… That shot by Slaf would have beaten most goalies in the NHL I watched the replay on the NHL App over and over again and that shot was an absolute piss missile and it was accurate as well…
It is very simple>>>> hockey IQ and Anderson does not haver it.The other problem is coaching the habs have a really bad coach who might unsderstand skills he does not understand hockey IQ.You have to understand hundreds of things during a game when to forecheck when to leave the zone playing with your head up assessing the entire ice for best routes and passing lanes when to shoot how to shoot "elevate shots" etc etc.For me personally I can't stand watching our team in our own end the forwards skate around covering nobody they are puck chasers and watch with blinkers. As to the PP and Slaf scoring ALL the players were not shooting because they kept trying to set up Cole all the time. However all 3 Cole/Slaf/Nick look good more often when given open ice like on PP or overtime but typical 5 on 5 they do not look good.People were talking about Suzuki's long run with a lot of points but he was a -7 in his last 24 so he was playing his BEST hockey ever and still a minus 7 that is NOT the type of success that eqautes to Stanley Cups.
Lapierre: dropping gems only a player/pro would know.
Tony “alright okay next topic”
So annoying. He does it all the time. Disrespectful a bit. It’s like he’s doesn’t care or listen to what is being said.
Max is awesome. So intelligent. Seriously. Could listen to his takes all day

TONY: CHANGING POSTIONS IS IMPORTANT... WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT HERE?
MAX: IM JUST THINKING OF PLAYERS THAT CAN COME! LOLOL

Trade Caufield [5-8/176 ... 2.26 hits per 60 mins ] + 1st rounder for a larger sandpaper gritty forward. Svetchnikov [6-2/195 ... 9.62 hits per 60 mins] ... B. Jenner [6-2/208 .... 6.43 hits per 60 mins] ..... Barbeshev [6-0/187 ..7.85 hits per 60 min]????
U forgot to answer George i wanted to know his opinion
What is the most shots an NHL goaltender has stopped in a row, without allowing a goal ?
I think Max should be the only guest
Josh Anderson is on loan from the Ice Capades, he gets on the ice because he represents the dance community.....lol

What do you mean Molson doesn’t need money ? It’s business he want more and more and more as he should .
Tony is starting to look like Sloth from the Goonies.
I’m sorry to say he’s gonna be about the number five

Maybe but only by default
I watch Tony for his sexy hair and voice. I watch Max on TVA because he has the most common sense. of all those chez nous.
No he is a career backup

Prime Slafkovsky will be a 80-90 and maybe more points player
Monty gets traded and Primeau number one and Fowler backup
