    Yassss! Be true to your circumstances! I’ve been loving your channel lately as we are on our property purchase journey.
    Lemme tell you, owning property in Windhoek (Namibia) is so expensive. And I’m at this point in my life if I’m going to commit to paying about 30-40k a month then it better be my dream home - or at least an 8/10.
    Then weighing up the option of buying to rent - gosh 🙆🏽‍♀️ Those ongoing costs plus the risk of getting tenants from hell. I’m just getting anxiety thinking of it all…
    So for now, we’re working on just beefing up our deposit and being patient. The right opportunity will come when the time is right, right?

      I’m so happy to hear you say this Ruweide. Focus on building your finances and the perfect opportunity will come to buy your dream property. Even buying to rent requires you to have a safety cash net ( emergency fund or savings) so that you can deal with issues such as tenants not paying without stressing about money. It’s always better to be prepared in both situations and there is honestly no rush. The aim is financial freedom and independence and we all have different journeys to get there. Thanks friend for always watching and engaging 😁🙏🏽

    Love this topic! Many people should know that it’s definitely NOT just about the “bond”.. also buying when you single.. where your dreams are not yet cast in stones as compared to when u married and have a partner.
    Your goals and desires as a couple differ tremendously as compared to where you would have liked to buy a place. So why rush?
    Great topic 👏🏻👏🏻❤️

      There’s absolutely no rush hey - we really have different goals and buying a property earlier is not a guaranteed measure of success. Do it for the right reason and when you are ready. It’s a huge responsibility

    What I need right now. My rental ends in June and I’m feeling so much pressure about buying but I don’t think I can afford to buy the kind of property that I would prefer. Honestly trusting God for my money to be bumped up. Lapho paying this rental ain’t cute too.

      Hahaha my number one rule - only buy the property when you are financial ready!!! - also this place will be your sanctuary so you don’t want to compromise on the type of property you want. Trust the process it will all come together when the time is right babes (you can camp on Property24 for now lol) 🙏🏽

    • @PropertyTalkWithYolz
      @PropertyTalkWithYolz  Před 2 lety

      thats a valid question - I will definitely make a video on that and break it down. but essentially you would rent for a fixed period with the option to buy once the lease agreement ends
