Anyways, yes I believe that your subscribers will grow significantly if you used them. Start with Simz and after three weeks or so, go to Owamie or vice versa.
Alright will give it some thought and maybe try them out. Thank you so much for the suggestion. It’s tough in these CZcams streets haha but I also want to grow an engaged community that is really interested in my content as well.
@@PropertyTalkWithYolz Property niche is one the highly viewed content on CZcams and it CPM is very high, along the financial niche. You'll get engaged and I like that you doing your videos in English because CZcams will promote your videos to developed countries who may have an interest in purchasing a home in South Africa or moving to South Africa, especially with the new influx of AAs to South Africa. I like the aggression with your content.

did you download the EasyEquities app? easyproperties is under EasyEquities but you first need to register.
Thank you so much for this video Based on your experience would you rather consider invest more on easy properties than having more physical properties that you can rent out to tenants and managing them on your own?
From a profit perspective you are more likely to make more from buying your own property and renting that out but that requires more capital and it’s also more stressful and complicated - so the best thing to do is optimise both and see what works best depending on what stage you are in your life. Easy properties is great for beginners to get their feet into property before moving into buying your own property. Hope that helps

Sometimes having exposure to some property can be a great way to diversify your portfolio and limit the risk - but maybe there are other IPOs out there that are performing better.
I am not so happy with my chosen IPO, since last year in May it has little to no growth.
The reality is that with property shares you wont see the same growth as your stocks and company shares on EasyEquities. The value of property takes a while to appreciate over time so this needs to be a long term hold in my opinion but also do some research on the chosen IPO before you buy.
Can some one get a passport of south africa if he is a foreigner by buy an apartment

Hey Nomsa. A couple of days later they issued my shares which means they raised enough money from the IPO - now we play the waiting game and see how they perform over time

With a property like that, I believe all should go well unless if something drastic happens in the area which can impact property attraction. I’m quite new in all this so I’m checking out old videos to learn a little more about this investment business.
Definitely agree. It will require patience though as you said it’s more for the long game - there’s no quick wins here
