    I love your video and I am so happy for you. Now, I have been having this same condition as you had, maybe not as loud as yours were.
    I would like to know how you can make it go away like you said in your video.
    Diet? Is everything stricytly eating raw food or only vegetarian diet? How do you do it? Could you send me a list of your diet or give me some other specific advise? I want to know how you go about this changes?
    I am 39 years old, I have had it for two years. Please if you could be so kind to let me get in contact with you? Is it possible? Sincerely, Johan

    I have tinnitus since 14 April this year. Now I have good and bad days. On good days, I can simply ignore and sleep it off. On bad days like this week and spiking now, I cant even sleep. Not even with music plucked. It is most torturing when I am tired but I can't sleep. Tried meditating but the sound was too loud & I cannot relax :( The worse thing any doctor or people with tinnitus have told me was to get use to it and no cure. My doctor asked me to go for a CT Scan to rule out acoustic neuroma. He told me there is treatment for it but further scare me by telling me that after the surgery, I will be deaf. And after searching on the net, I realized there is risk of facial paralysis. The whole saga made tinnitus sounds like it's end of the world.

I also considered some of Julian's advice and worked on ignoring the tinnitus and worked on relaxing and taichi. Lastly, I started LLLT as a complementary treatment and now the tinnitus from an 8/10 is a 2/10 and my other symptoms are slowly subsiding. All of that took about 1 month.

    Hey andr! im 13, and i never told my parents about my T. Let me tell you my story real quick. So, i've got tinnitus for 3 years now and this is how it happend: so, 3 years ago, i was long during sick, for 3 weeks. during that period, i noticed that i got the peeping sound in my ears, altho i thought it was going to dissapear again after my sickness, unfortanatly, it never went away. it never really bothered me, since it was really silent. but, arround a month ago, i woke up with tinnitus like 80DB. after 4H in school being desperate and not paying attention on the teachers, it did go away, only at that point, my tinnitus was going slightly louder. right now i get sometimes wierd noises, and it really bothers me sometimes. i am really happy to find your video, but can u tell me in depht what i need to do to make it go away without my parents noticing it? i can do alot of things at night.
    hopefully u will react to this,
    greatings,
    thymme.

      Thymme. I am really grateful that you found me. Meaning you want to get better. Why you don't want to tell this to your parents ? Hiding it makes you stressed out what can make is worse. András Rácz yes I do. I’ve watched most of his videos and I bought his book. I go for short walks, do meditation. Unfortunately I have not seen any significant improvement yet. I’m 6 months into my tinnitus and I have spikes most of the time. I also have watched Adrian Dickenson, Graham and David Lam’s videos and many more

    • @jeslinchng
      @jeslinchng Před 4 lety

      András Rácz how long did you take to make the tinnitus back off? I’ve been doing meditation, Bowen therapy for months and recently going for short walks, 7 hours of sleep and self hypnosis with no improvement. I get spikes very often. I get loud tinnitus more than soft tinnitus. I will get 1-2 good days but spike for 1-2 weeks and whenever it spikes, the longer it gets the more afraid I become

      @ thanks for the reply, youtube didn't notify me so I have only just seen this. I don't know if you can help, I have no hearing loss, but have ultra high pitch T in my head and lower tone on the right ear for over a year after a noise trauma. It's 24/7 so there is no rest from it. I heard it switch off a couple of times over the past year but only for 2-3 seconds 30 seconds maximum. I don't want to live with this for the rest of my life honestly I'd rather rip, so I am trying to get back to silence but it seems impossible really.

    Hi Andras, is your tinnitus still gone?

    •  Před 5 lety +2

      It came back a bit last week. Due a big stress issue. But now it is gone again. How about yours ?

    • @ronaldklok6364
      @ronaldklok6364 Před 5 lety

      @ Ow that's great. How did it go away so quickly again? Mine started 10th dec 2018, I went to bed that day to go to sleep and I noticed a high ringing in my right ear. I was in shock and never heard of tinnitus before actually. So I slept very bad for 2 weeks. The last days my T is going from one ear to another. It's pretty much the same volume. My ENT told my I have no hearring loss or damage.
      What can I do to silence it? Or at least try to?

    •  Před 5 lety +1

      I started to do meditation and yoga again. And fix my sleep hygiene as well. And after few days the T gone again.

      I don't think just luck. I was working on this quite a lot. I changed my lifestyle and my diet as well. :) You also can make some change.
