WE FINALLY MADE IT HOME!

- If you’ve been following along, you know we spent the last month in an RV. During that time, we learned how to be present, how to maximize the potential for family bonding, and, above all else, that we are not going to be transitioning to full time rv living 😂 On a serious note though, a lot of people thought we were crazy for taking this trip on. In many ways, we were. But some of the best moves you’ll ever make in life are the crazy risky ones. This was a legacy move; it moves beyond time or cost because it’s affects are what stays on when both money and time run out. We wanted to really be together with our children during this trip and introduce them to the extended members of our family, and in recent weeks, we are more glad than ever that we did. #BELEAFINFATHERHOOD

“A one sided romance” 😂😂😂 why you putting my girl on blast like that lol glad y’all got back safely.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
IKR! Geeeze Daad! 🙄🙃😍
🤣
I am glad y'all had a safe and wonderful trip, my favorite part was watching Anyhias little crush on that man who so beautiful to her, and how was Glen was trying to not react to her having her first crush it so cute
😂😂 Right!!! Did her dirty... she was in 😍 love Dad..remember his hair 🙄 😂😂😂😂. #SoInnocentSoPure
Naya rediscovering her room was the cutest!🥰
The way she said closet was so adorb!
She couldn't wait to mind her business
Naya is a light and a whole vibe all her own! I love it.
My favorite part was Uzi's side eye..he don't come to play at all 🤣
This comment made me think of the lemonade song "formation" with big Freeda
Naya and Uzi running to each other at Zion National Park, was my favorite part; so adorable. I loved the entire trip and the fact that you gave us the real and raw of doing a trip like this.
I would love to hear from each kid what their favorite and least favorite parts of the trip were. I would also love to hear from you guys what you learned about each kid and yourselves on the adventure!
This is brilliant!
I 2nd this motion!
Ditto!
I love this idea! I hope it happens.
Yess!!
Anaya saying she needed her mom’s love! That was a big hit for me! Blessings
Oh my goodness, you too! I absolutely loved that! If it was right up there with unrequited love for them being irreplaceable and his wife wondering where the bacon was?🥰😂🤣
My daughter is the same way. She’s 15 now and still wants to sleep with me. She’ll get in my bed and ask me hubby if he’s jealous 🤣 if she doesn’t see me first thing in the morning or after school she’ll call me with questions. I’ve been home from working for the past few years. I told her I’m ready to go back and she cried asking me to wait until she goes to college. I’m like girl mommy is going crazy 😂.
Thank God y’all had safe travels and made it home safely💜
@@loneebazemore1137 I’m 22 and I still LOVE my mom she truly is one of the greatest blessings God has gifted me in this life. There’s something about a mother’s love that can never be replicated. I tried to “grow out of it” when I went to college but who do I sleep with when I need comfort at me big age 😂😂🤦🏾♀️
That's one of the happiest moments I saw and loved! I smile immediately and literally said to myself, I am so in love with that little girl! I really enjoyed watching the whole trip. It reminded me of the trips my parents took us 4 kids on when we were growing up. My mom said it was just the easiest just to pack us all in the Winnebago and go. So everything the kids did or didn't do was a reminder to me of how we were when you pack us in an RV, but I would do it all over again. They were some of the best memories of my childhood.
Sameee that was so precious and so true for all of us really my mom means everything to me and hearing that really hit me 💖🥲
Welcome Black! You can’t put a price on memories, I enjoyed whole trip…
Anaya's crush was completely adorable. She is a DOLL!
Cooking with your granny was the best part for me!!! I think getting to see Yvette's grandfather before he passed made the whole trip worth it. Your Baltimore family seems like they're a whole lot of fun too!
Riah's face of content and joy riding on the moped with his big cousin was so precious. Much love to you all!
Two things I loved about this trip:
1. I loved seeing the kids interact with their older cousins!
2. It was really special to see you and Yvette problem solve so well together throughout the trip.
"A one-sided romance" ? 😂😂 Don't play Aniya like that!! It was a "crush." She was so cute about it.
Legacy is my passion and seeing you and Yvette spend time with the elders touched me the most. To see Yvette's grandfather get to see and spend time with his great grandchilren really stood out to me. As a genealogist, I love it that you have not only created memories for your children, but you have documented something for your descendants, not yet born! Beautifu!!! Welcome home!
💯
Finally......hello family, glad you're back. I really like how Yvette wears her hair scarves. Does she have her own line of hair scarves?
@gokarengo I know right?! I have always wondered the same thing. Maybe she can she give us a tutorial and some recs maybe?
L
"Just put it like a ball...like a BALLl"
-Anaya to Glenn
Theo asking for privacy and the next breath getting into his father’s business 😭😭😂
Wow, life is so fragile. My condolences to you and Yvette regarding the passing of your beautiful sister and grandfather. It just reminds me that tomorrow is not promised to any of us and God is not respecter of a person or age when He decides to call us home. Thank God for this amazing family and beautiful memories…your kids will pass them on to their children. Peace and blessings to you!🤗
My favorite scene has to be when Riah came out of that lil cart attachment on the bike 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 like he just rode himself to the destination! Straight wore out! Like bro, you was just riding! 😆 🤣 😂 omg, this entire series was the best! I'm in Dallas, I remember that storm, flights were all jacked up. So sorry for both of your loses 😞 🙏 your family is so blessed! Memories that will last...forever!
Your trip reminded me of our family vacation to Florida in the 70's. We went to Disney World in a 25ft. RV. It is one of my best childhood memories and I was about 10 and now I'm in my mid fifties. This will last your family a lifetime. I remember the cookouts, deep sea fishing, Key West and the water tasted like steel. I remember the hippies and the soft rock and R&B music jamming. I remember fried fish, barbeque and hot dogs and just meeting new people. I also distinctly remember my father talking to truckers on the cb radio. It was great! Keep making memories.
What a great memory!
“My room, My room, MY ROOM!!!!😂😂😂
There's no place like HOME! Welcome home y'all 🏡 ❤
One of my favorite moments to see on your trip was when you took your family south and you and Anaya were picking blueberries and she was not willing to taste them. I also loved seeing her first crush. It was the cutest thing. I love how you and your wife create a space where your children can be themselves
When mom said how she loved being together and how she didn't care if it was normal! That was the value. I imagine y'all reminiscing on this trip when the kids are off to college.
I just love seeing black families do life together in different ways. I’ve never known any black family to pack up all their 50-11 children into an RV to drive across country. To see this & experience it with y’all was such a treat!
Love that Yvette got to see her grandfather before he transitioned, especially special because there was no way for you guys to know that would happen.
Also, Uriah popping out of that carrier at the park like he was fresh out the birth canal. 🤣🤣 Gave me a good laugh
My favorite part of the trip was hearing the kids’ plans for when they returned to their comfy abode… and ‘Naya’s first crush. 🥰
And her playing with her dolls and "minding her business"....💅🏾🤣
@@oh_thats_kris THAT part. Her statement made them saying what they’d do when they returned was a HUGE portion of why I adored that SO much… and Theo’s “Wooooow….” After she said it 😭😭😭😭😭
@@cooksousyes girl, I fell out when she said that!!😂😭
@@oh_thats_kris What?!?! She listed em allll wit NO hesitation!!! Like PERIODT 🗣😭😂
I’m here to see ’Naya do as promised “[…] and not talk to anyone” 😌💅
Right lol me too
Didn't she say she was gonna mind her own business... she'll still talk I think 🤣🤣
Your baby girl is the cutest little princess, I just love her little voice. Welcome home God bless you all ❤️
Seeing the nanny embrace Uzi brought tears to my eyes just thinking of her journey (incident @ the park) with your family. She loves you all so much. So beautiful!
Definitely Anaya’s first crush was my favorite! Such innocence 🥰. Thanks for sharing the real details about RVing! I want to do a similar trip but now I know I need to plan much more time to enjoy those places.
You have no ideas of the door you just opened, Glenn. Many blessings and welcome back home to the entire Beleaf family. 🙏🏾🌻
The way Uzi and Theo looked at Riah; Ny's face on the 'leave me alone'; Yvette with the Candy and the tornado; Uzi and the shoe.... bruh; Glen and Riah cycling ALL GOLD. I just love the expansion as these babies got to see vastness and access it. That will forever impact how they understand the world
Lol Yvette being shocked at 80 when in Baltimore that’s the norm 😂65 is slow here.#shoutoutfromMD
I love hearing your music/songs. Such a beautiful chocolate family. Stay blessed 💟✝️
Anaya talking about her room
Everyone being happy to be home and enjoying different parts of the home
Glens reflections at the end are always great
Thanks for sharing your family and lessons with us, it's a lot to do, but done well and respectfully with helpful lessons 🙏
The fact that you all got to spend quality time with Grandpa made the entire trip worth it. ❤️ He probably had such peace knowing he got to hug his great grandbabies. 🕊 He waited for y’all.
Was that Yvette's grandfather sitting with Yvette and the kids while you were telling us her grandad passed away? It was really great that you made the trip. I especially liked when you met up with family. Yvettes grandad portrayed a vitality that had me missimg him alhhough I don't know him.
Take it from me, you have it right, It's about family and the legacy we leave. Seems like just yesterday I was 30 and living for myself. I'll be 60 in November, and my biggest regret is that I didn't build my own family.
I hope that I am able to build a family before I am to old.
Not too late you can adopt an older child that needs your love and guidance.
@@lani1life this just gave me hope for the future, even if i cant find a partner id love to raise and bless an older child in this way 💘
Great adventure, appreciate you'll sharing RV life with us. I enjoyed you capturing Baby Uzi looking at his brother fight bugs outside...his expression was priceless. Appreciate your reflection, can't put a price on time spent with family and condolences to you and Evette.
Seeing how you dealt with Anaya “falling in love “was extremely valuable for me. I haven’t run into that situation with my daughters yet but it was cool to see how calmly and cool you dealt with it. Definitely something to take for how I prepare for it mentally! That day will come! 😅
I loved every minute of it. My favorite though are the visits with family. Watching the kids explore the garden, connect with cousins, uncles, aunts and elder branches of your family tree. Blessings.
Yooo Uriah every episode makes me lol “ it’s brighter than i remember” bro it’s been like a month lol
Family! Welcome Back! My favorite part was Uriah fighting the flies. That part with the sound of effects still make weak 🤣
The time y’all got to spend with your extended families was I N V A L U A B L E! A literal Gift from God and i am SO happy you guys were able to experience that! Truly! This trip was a blessing to watch and thank y’all ALWAYS for sharing your lives with us! ❤️
My condolences to Evette for your loss. I loved to see you guys experience your family and adventure! I would love to see you guys spend more time in one place for a week in an Rv and see how you are able to navigate as newbies, I am a little fascinated with that type of adventure I think it would be really inspiring and great to see as a minority person.
I loved everything about this. This is the way my parents traveled, brought back a lot of memories. Family is the most important thing. RIP to Yvette grandfather, what a gift to have the time she got with him. God is the greatest!
Really hard to pick a favorite part. 🤔 few memorable ones: the mother daughter moments or just the Anaya moments in general. Yvette's chillness when the storm hit and her chillness when Riah had a bug meltdown and had to go to the toilet. She really just didn't mind the cooking and taking care of her babies in the midst of "irritation". The footage of the whole trip was awesome, I love all things family and felt so inspired to continue to make time for each other ♥️ PS Uzie getting in some love from the babysitter when you guys were back 😍 so adorable!
The entire road trip was pure comedy! I pray you all have many more happy memories together! 🤗❤️🙏🏽
It's so hard to choose a favourite part of this trip. However, the beach scene with the baby 'attacking' his sister when he couldn't have his way was so very funny. I think it's how you narrated it made it so funny. I found a shorts video of that scene and shared it like crazy so my friends and family could have a laugh 😅
Little sister being adorably cute crushing on a complete stranger. 😂🥰😂
Then Uzi, being just two years old, turned around looking hard for the "green guy" with his natural looking mugging face. 🤣🤣🤣
Almost seems like Uzi was ready to throw down the "green guy" to the ground. That whole scene about family trip was the best one by far. 😂🥰😂
My favorite part was watching Anaya fall in love! So sweet and innocent. 💛
So many parts to love!! I loved seeing how “floaty” Yvette was. She was enjoying herself for sure 🖤✨
Welcome back to your 🏡. I loved the part of Theo enjoying riding on the ATV with his cousin. The walks in Zion. The uphill cycle ride in the heat. Your daughter calling mom, mom, mom. Your 2nd son not being a outdoorsy child and battling with the elements. And the storm. Please go on another trip with all the knowledge you've gained 🤴🏿👸🏾👨🏾👨🏾👧🏾👶🏾
Yes it was worth it the unforgettable road trip that memory will last forever 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾🖤🤎🖤🤎🖤🤎
Yh, I felt like I went on the trip with them 😭😂
It is really tough for me to pick a favorite part because the entire trip was awesome to watch. I think I saw more smiles from Uzi during this series than I have before. So I guess, I will say Uzi enjoying himself was my favorite part.
My favorite part of the entire Trip is Naya lol. She was a highlight herself. Her running and hugging Uzi was priceless lol, you guys are showing me the importance of family before I start one. With all of the youtubers that I watch on a daily basis I’ve noticed that they all are God fearing and it makes me happy that I was able to find a family like y’all’s that is inviting and fun. Being able to pick up on the knowledge that’s being put out is always a learning opportunity and I appreciate you guys ❤️✨
I love how throughout this journey, you are keeping in mind your values and staying true to the theme of your experience being a good father.
I loved the most that you all got to visit so many different family members, like a long adventurous family reunion. Your children and their children will never forget that. I think you should do it every other year, even if you have to fly to some places. My family used to do that when I was growing up and that connection with our cross country family is invaluable 🙏🏾💖😊
This is hands down the MOST underrated CZcams channel. I’m so glad I found you all 💜
Two of my favorite moments from this episode:
1) Everybody's reaction the first few moments of Being back home.
2) The monologue at the end.
These are my favorites because each was 100% real and authentic moment, and it teaches us viewers SO much about being true to ourselves and showing up authentically in this world.
What an adventure this was! I appreciate that you guys chose to give your audience REAL moments, whether fun or stressful.
As always, I salute you guys!! 👏 👏
I enjoyed Uriah's faces of distress too much 😂😂😂 I hope he grows to love outdoors❤️🖤💚 Thank you for sharing this journey with us and the reminder that cost and value/worth are one the same.
Anaya and her one-sided romance was the best part of the entire trip. When do you ever get to capture that raw, but natural moment in a little girl’s life
"My name is Uriah and I'm dramatic boom" Love that kid mayne
Loved the whole trip - most of all - the real ness of family life and road tripping, You and your family bring such joy to all.
Yes, I agree do it again. Seems like y’all learned a lot , loved a lot , spent quality time, created long lasting memories. Consider doing a long one again in the next 3-5 yrs tops.
My fav parts was Anaya closing statements , and Theo asking for privacy lol he just makes me laugh.
The one-sided crush was funny!!!! The kids are the funniest! Their expressions and the family memories will be remembered for the rest of their beautiful lives!!! The last leg of returning home is the hardest! Even adults will ask are we there yet!!!
Uzi taking the toy from Anaya at the beach, then having a meltdown (old school tantrum). I thought that was so funny.
Thank you for sharing your family's RV experience and family connections. Favorite parts were the interaction with family and made me want to plan trips to visit mine, Anaya running to hug are brothers and mom, and Uriah fighting the bugs.
They are all such beautiful little gifts from G-d. Everything Anaya!!! Her first crush, her negotiation skills, etc. I loved Uriya's (Did I spell it correctly?) fighting the bugs, Theo's need to be left alone, and Uzi period. The Uncle telling your son where babies truly come from. Seeing family is much better than you telling them about them. They were able to hear their voices, interact with them. All are priceless. Also, thank The Most High for Yvette's grandfather getting to see his Great-Grandchildren before he passed. Seeing your family reminded me of our vacations...PRICELESS!!!
It made me happy , about the time of White Sands National Park, how you developed your routines for driving while the kids slept so most could enjoy the day in each new location, and dad could have alone time at the wheel. Everybody got something they needed.
I loved it all, but Riah had me rolling😂 I love Anaya! She's a little queen🥰
My favorite memory was Uziah climbing out of the bike carriage 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣. His face made my ENTIRE DAY!!! So glad you all are safe. Many blessings to you and your family ❤.
I am so happy your home safe. Yvette I'm so sorry for your loss. I really enjoyed all the videos of your trip and it was so nice seeing some of your family. It was so cute how the kids were so happy to be home. Love you all.
I don't think there is a favourite part. Family is everything so anttime with them is a good time. But the blueberries argument with Anaya was so cute.
When the entire family was tripping out at how gorgeous the Grand Canyon was.
Anaya looking at the boy on the trip and saying she in 💕 lol. Seeing all of the kiddos very distinct personalities was my favorite part.
Loved everything about this series. I think the bugs and the tough time will really make the kids appreciate being at home my favourite parts were the tornado day and the blueberries with anaya. Thank you for the consistency even though your family going through so much
I love the part with your family members...seeing all the older ones and talking with them, it does not happen often...but the entire road trip was a very good experience for the family
I think that you guys getting to do this, no matter the discomfort, is a life time of memories. ……My best memories as a kid were the camping trips. We had to bath in the lakes, use the woods as our toilets, cook in charcoal grills., sleep in tents with the bugs…. Yet I wouldn’t trade those experiences for any Bora Bora trip. My siblings and I share those beautiful memories with our children all the time. Next time, you can just get a bigger RV, and maybe a shorter trip. But please keep an open mind. Thank you for sharing that journey with us. I though it was a wonderful trip.
haven’t seen your videos for so long since y’all popped up on my fyp on tiktok! loved this entire family trip series. your parenting is so inspirational!! thank you for producing these amazing vids glen :) appreciate y’all so much!
When Aniyah said “I just want to see mom and get some love.”
Family is foundation and seeing the family experiences unfold was so much fun to watch.
My father is from Trinidad and our family is big and loud. I truly miss them!
"it's going to be up to Uzi" I don't know why but this took me out🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Honestly just the real raw stuff of what was going on on the RV was really interesting.. expectations vs reality, family time, all of that. Y’all are the best. Thank you for sharing all this with us!!
I love that you and your family are so connected!
My favorite parts.
Anaya: Daddy I love him... the blue guy.
Glen: 😳🥴
Also Anaya: when I get home I'm going to mind my bussiness
Theo: wow 😲
The baby side eye 😂😂😂 I think I have sent that video to like 30 people to say the least. One of the first videos that I saw of yours you said the world needs to see more Black people just living regular life. The more I look at you & your family do just that the more I think you’re correct. Just regular life every day.
My wonderful children are all grown and I never watch a video of yours without learning something new. What a beautiful family you've built. Keep going with the love.
One of the things I dig about you Glen is that you are observant and have a willingness to always be better. Your grandfather’s passing had a significant impact on you and so here you were out on the road making all of y’all’s family a priority in a big way. I’m so glad God worked in that so Yvette’s grandfather got to spend time with y’all before his passing. God is good.
I loved watching the RV trip experience ! This is something I wished my family did growing up. I love seeing how each of the chocolate babies coped during the trip lol. I enjoyed watching their joy, humanity and innocence. There's something very healing and redeeming about it.
My favorite moments were 1) Anaya running to Yvette and her brothers after the hike at Zion NP and hugging with all the love she can give, 2) Uriah swatting away the bugs and claiming it was the worst day of his life, 3) Theo wanting his privacy but getting into Glen’s business, and 4) Uzi’s crying fit at White Sands and Glen’s VO about they don’t care. The entire road trip video series were AWESOME!
Glen with the commentary though- A onesided romance 😅😂🤣 And Uriah introducing himself as Mr. Dramatic
My favorite part was the whole trip! But I enjoyed watching you and Anaya pick blueberries. I also enjoyed everyone sliding down the sand dunes. I absolutely love your family. You and your wife are amazing parents and the chocolate babies are spectacular to watch grow up!
Seeing the kids wild out with their cousins was golden. Brought bad so many great memories of similar experiences for me 🥰
Hello Beleaf In Fatherhood, my Fav. moment is your daughter having a crush at such a young age, what? That is crazy but cute.
Y'all meeting family and hanging out was my favorite part. You are a blessed family.
Big cousin time was my fave! They were just as invested as the chocolate babies. 🥰
I enjoyed every moment of it. Couldn’t wait to see the next content. Memories to last a lifetime. Deserve an award 🥇
I enjoyed just seeing black family 🖤 God bless you ALL for safe travels back home ..RIP to Yvette’s Grandpa🙏🏾
Between the ages of 8 and 15 I went on a lot of trips like this. In the moment being trapped in a metal box with my family was stressful and there were ups and down. However, now that I'm 23 I look back at those trips fondly thinking of all the amazing things we saw and did. This is an amazing thing you did with your family that you all will think fondly of in the future.
Riah giving up on life every step of the way lol. Favorite moments
Happy that you guys are back safe and sound. Favorite part was 'Naya's room tour.
What you did was amazing! Family is so important and to be this intentional about connecting with all family I’d something we need to see more of in our generation!! Condolences for all the losses you guys have suffered recently. God is close to those who are mourning and I pray that you feel Him closer than ever during this time of collective healing you are walking in🤎✨
