Not to be disagreeable. But I remember being that age and at that age I would tell my both my parents something like that. But by the time I was older and even now as a grown woman I wouldn’t. I could get married and be just fine with them not knowing. I think good parents are just me a lot more accepting of their kids thoughts and feelings at that age because they are inconsequential, but as we get older they make their disapproval to our tastes and ideas known. So in reaction children become more closeted and less fourth coming because we don’t like our parents disapproval. And in someways I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing.

Anaya’s comfort level to share her feelings with BOTH parents made my heart smile! I was a daddy’s girl and def. didn’t grow up experiencing partnership b/t my parents or trust in both. Although, it seemed to catch Beleaf & Yvette off guard/ “was awkward,” I hope they recognized the gift of her ability to be open and honest. Love, love, love this channel & all of the content!
Exactly! My mom did _not_ have this reaction when I was 6 and I didn’t tell my parents about being attracted to men until I was 20 and it was still awkward. My dating/love life is still affected by it honestly.

Then I look out the window and here is a boy mowing the lawn and she is lying like a queen on the trampoline. I said why is he mowing the lawn she said with the same smile like your girl. It is very normal and people need to stop calling little girls fast when this happens. Every time a child experiences something with their feelings it is very important for the parents to educate them. Now on the other hand when boys do it they get a high five. I am happy that she is able to be expressive especially with her father it is very important. When she starts to get older I hope it continues. Great job dad.

My siblings and I went to Colorado during February with snow, 4 dogs and no kids. And we all struggled to breathe in that altitude. We drove from Alabama to CO during the snowpocalypse 2021 and 13hrs turned into 26hrs getting there in a sea of white snow and ice.

I dont mean to laugh but frustrarions and this kind of stuff is like Vacation movies. I remember my dad packing up a big car with 6 people, a sail boat on top of the car. I felt like a contortionist for a six hour drive. Also alot of groceries . It was horrible at the time but funny now.
