Powerful to hear a dad say, "I needed a hug as much as he did." Powerful and transparent. 💜

That made me tear up 😢❤

The entire hygiene conversation had me crying 🤣 Appreciate these genuine family moments!
Agree
Yes!!!, was too funny, going to share with my Grandson because we have those discussions about his hygiene...lol
I’m cracking up 😂
This gonna be me and my family 😂
Me too 😂😂😂😂!
Trust Riah for the comedy relief! 😂😂😂🤣😂 We all need a Uriah to get us through the rough times! 🧡 Blessings Fam! 😊🧡😊
Yess🤣🤣🤣
Uncle Baby looks like a Little guy now not a baby.
I just love watching the family grow, mature, and develop. It is a blessing, thank you for allowing us in.😍😍
For real, for real. Gives me so much energy day to day as I build.
I agree 😍
He always uncle baby 😂🫡🔥
The memo of her struggling to breathe almost had me crying! No one likes to see their children sick but when they’re struggling to breathe, it hits different. I guess bc breathing is connected to living. My niece is asthmatic and has respiratory issues. Sometimes we can catch it ahead of time and other times we don’t know what triggers it. With all you had to face, to come out on the other side, with the babies doin better and still have made some beautiful memories. It may not feel like it, but it definitely looks like victory to me!! Thanks for supporting and loving your kids the way you do!!! You and Yvette are a powerful team!! Thankful God kept y’all safe!
Yessss🥺🥺🥺
Theory: Anaya and Uzi spent a significant portion of their formative years during lockdown. Due to this, the change in environment and unfamiliar plant life may have activated their immune system -- flaring up any underlying respiratory conditions (asthma). Theo and Riah may have the benefit of a more robust immune system so their symptoms were mild compared to their younger siblings.
This is a good point!
I agree
I totally agree. This was my initial thought as they typical spend majority of their time at home. The boys do have extracurricular activities outside among other kids while the younger crew not as much.
I believe your theory about Anaya and Uzi, and I hope they get better soon and their two brothers as well. Because of the lockdown God bless your family. 🙏🏿
I can agree with this.🧐
For this kids. I love your channel, its raw and real.. Continue being an amazing family!
I'm only a respiratory therapy student so take it with a grain of salt but it sounds like they have had high altitude induced hypoxemia. The higher altitude may have dropped their oxygen concentration making it harder for them to breathe exacerbating their asthma
I was thinking that...something with the Air quality where they went. But if Hawaii is lower than California how is it higher altitude? Just wondering not challenging
I was thinking the same thing in nonmedical terms, lol! Air irritants could have aggravated their asthma like altitude, heat/mugginess, blooming flowers, and vegetation spewing pollen. Jmt
@@TGUTTAExiT21 altitude has more to do with height not necessarily geography. So we are at sea level. So the altitude would increase as you go up a mountain on a hike. The hiking altitude might be what started it and/or the place they were staying at might've been higher too.
Sounds like a reasonable assessment to me.
My husband is a nurse and he mentioned the same thing.
Aww look it’s Uzi! He’s a very intelligent baby, it’s like he’s been here before 🤔 lol. Especially when he gets mad. Like that episode of him when he kept getting out the car seat bc he didn’t want to be buckled. It’s like he became a man before a baby🤣😂🤣. This Channel is very creative and brightens peoples day thank you so much! Plus I’m Christian as well so I don’t watch a lot of the things on tv. Watching this is just as good as a Netflix series! Thank you Beleaf for this channel and being honest, transparent, and entertaining! 🖤💛💚❤️✊🏾
There’s nothing more heartbreaking than having your kid sick & not being able to make it better. I’m sorry those sweet angels have been feeling rough. My kids have really bad allergies too & we have to take extra precautions to keep them comfortable & well. We got a Molekule & an Oreck air purifiers we take with us every where. They’re on medication & we started using bee pollen supplements a few years ago. I was skeptical but it does help a bit. It’s not a cure all, but I’ve seen definite signs of improvement.
Thank you for sharing what you do for your kids allergies. My son has asthma and this video is very helpful as well as your comment. I'll definitely try bee pollen supplements. I love trying natural remedies.
@@alexishunt4336 oh bless your babies heart! I have asthma too so I know how scary it can be. I make sure to talk to our pediatrician first, even if it’s natural because all of us seem to be sensitive but I’ve found some things over the years that help without all the side effects some pharmaceuticals can have. We even have to be careful with laundry detergent due to sensitivities so I learned to make my own. An herbal remedy I found that has been really helpful for us especially with my asthma, allergies, colds, coughs & bronchitis (which is something I personally get seasonally) is called Lobelia inflata. I buy the drops & keep them on hand because they really do help. It may be something else you might be interested in looking into or discussing with your pediatrician. If there’s ever anything I can do to be of support or assistance please feel free to reach out to me. It would be my pleasure to help! Hope you & your Angel have a blessed day!
Riah is so honest. 🤣🤣🤣 At least he did tell the truth about not washing important places.
I felt like that too! His heart is really in the right place.
This is exactly how I react to mold as an asthmatic. And due to the rainfall in the islands, mold can be a hidden infiltrator even in resorts and rental homes. Especially when you said your daughter fell asleep and then went back to breathing issues as soon as she got back, I'm betting on an unseen mold issue.
Not sure where you guys live now, but higher altitudes can complicate allergies and asthma - a big jump in altitude can cause additional issues - either way, I'm sure your next trip will be great..God bless you and your family❤
Could have been something in that house maybe in the cooling system
Life just happens sometimes
It ended week. We were driving to California my parents never told us c where we were going we made it was far as a few days to Texas a relative died and we had to turn around. It was years before we knew we were headed to Cali.
My daughter took be is some place every singer from the time I was c said. We didn't v always c start in the best hotel, we ate cereal and milk while traveling out of c the cooler
Oh wow… I never knew this.. I’m just happy their feeling better..
Hey guys, asthmatic person here. I wasn't diagnosed until I was 21, but I think I had it as a child. Definitely exercise induced in my case, but that doesn't seem to be the problem here. With vegetation, you usually need one year to be the exposure year, and allergy symptoms will manifest the next year. But since both of your kids were sick at night or in the morning, I would like to suggest the possibility that there was some sort of cleaning solution at the place you stayed. For me, strong chemical smells can affect my breathing. If I go into the gym, and they've been recently painting or remodeling, I will give up on doing 3 miles in half an hour on the elliptical and just accept that my body's going to do what it can and work with that for one day. Sometimes, humid sea air can also do it, and since you guys live in a dry desert climate, that change could also have had an effect on them. I say that as someone who grew up in the Midwest and mostly had asthma and severe allergy issues in the fall, and now I live on the East Coast, and any kind of ozone alert day in this humid climate will set me off. I can tell when I wake up if it's going to be an ozone alert day, without even looking at the news, simply by the way my lungs behave. Just some things to take into consideration until they get older, and you learn by trial-and-error what sets them off. Wishing you all peaceful times and health
20 something they meant I’m sure lol
This was exactly what I was thinking! Or maybe something in the bedding. Sending blessings towards the good health of this family.
Hey Y’all,Another thing might be that other previous guests have brought their pets and the dander may be the culprit. With asthma, I grew being around 2 cocker spaniels, but certain breeds dander ignites an asthma attack. May have staff do a deep clean. Check for dander, pet hair dog or cats.
@@tonyanorman1263 good point. I'm convinced it was something in the apartment, not necessarily outside. Or a confluence of factors
@@Ghettomoney I did, will fix
Single mother of 4 here. I travel with my kids multiple times a year. My kids are literally the same ages as yours, or close, and the same birth order. I travel alone with them a lot. I bring the basics. I breastfed, like Yvette as well. The difference is, my kids don't have asthma and they rarely get sick. I keep hand sanitizer. BUT, the environment has a WHOLE lot to do with it. New environments wreck havoc on kids with asthma. As well as new inclines. The pressure pushes on the lungs more! I hope you all aren't too hard on yourselves because it does get hard. I remember pumping on the airplane and trying to hide 🤣🤣🤣... Keep pushing. Y'all are doing an amazing job!
respect for you!
Much respect. All of mine are grown, I understand 👍🏾
My FAVORITE FAMILY on this internet and social media streets!!! NOTIFICATION ON!!!
I Love y’all, period! 😍❤️ Uzi look at chu’! In my southern country voice!
Same!
Riah-Beau’s wash routine sounds like my youngest son’s 😂 he would do everything but wash himself ! I bet Riah is dancing and singing and off in his own world in the bathroom.
My son is the complete opposite. He cleans the shower as well because he thinks I don’t do as good of a job. He will call me in the bathroom and point to a hair in the tub and day “look at this! I guess if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.”
@@jmac6350 omg i love your son. Just curious is he a Virgo? I am and I’ve always been like your son. I drove everyone in my family crazy 😂
As a kid who had relatively bad asthma (if my parents weren’t doctors I’d’ve gone to the ER at least twice a year), I love seeing the effort you put into taking care (and preventative care) of your babies. I’d recommend having the kiddos wear masks when they’re first in a new place, to ease their system into the different air quality (It personally helps me a TON!) Glad the kiddos are okay, and I hope you have a more relaxing vacation next time ♡
Your “Daddy Got You” connection is beautiful and your children will thrive from it!!! This was so scary but I’m glad everyone is ok now! Thank you for sharing and I’m happy that the trip wasn’t a complete nightmare. You all were able to have fun, special moments together and grouped off as well. 💕
I was going to say something much like this, so now I'm just going to say, what they said! Love seeing the connection you share with your kids, good and bad times. ❤️
It was so great to see Daddy and Riah on the back packaging of Dove Men + Care deodorant in Sam’s.
I feel sad bad for yaw. It’s nothing like getting sick on vacation. Uzi has the best smile after having to deal with all of that. The strength of a child.
My family just visited with me and my mom broke her arm while bowling. She have to have surgery to fix it.
There's no guarantees in parenting. Even, if you had taken a nanny, unless they were medical professionals and could foresee the upcoming unfortunate events; what happened STILL would've happened.
“The only thing keeping it from stinking is the cheeks” 😭😭😭😭
Only dad can have a armpit conversation in conjunction with talking bout his other pooh being sick. Sir your multi talented... them did the pit test motion with it....dad u 🪨 🎸 🤘
The fact that, as the dad he’s the one taking his kids to get medical attention is cool. Not to take away from Yvette she’s an awesome Mommy 👏
As an adult with asthma, I would suggest giving an extra few days for acclimation to the new environment. I also like staying close to hospitals or EMS centers as my home base when I travel. I had to go to the hospital during my first international/solo trip, but I was on out-patient care and I got better.
Neither I nor my family will forget the rough part, but we also remember that it got better. It's been years and I'm finally planning another trip to that country because there were some truly wonderful things about the latter part.
Good advise!
Thank you so much Dad for instructing your child to wash his person with a WASHCLOTH!!!😄💜
I know the kids are ok. But I literally teared up when I saw baby girls labored breathing. God bless you and Yvette… for real.
Y’all are the best of parents trying to make the best of a bad situation. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The photoshoot is gorgeous. Glad the kids are more stable.
As a person that is prone to asthma and also allergic to specific things like Anaya is, it did happen for me to have major difficulties adapting to different weather or environment while traveling. I truly hope both Uziah and Anaya will be able to outgrow these difficulties eventually. My mother said it was a lot worse when I was younger. Hopefully, both babies had a blast in Hawaii. ✨ Don’t give up Belief! Yvette and you are the best parents!
I’m so glad you’re family is addressing how hard and expensive it is to travel with kids. Last year, I boarded a number of international flights ( to Uganda) with my twins who were not two years old yet and my adult niece for help. It was so hard! And my niece is essentially my first born. I’m about to take my kids to Europe with my elderly aunt, pray for us! This stuff is so so hard BUT it’s worth it! As a child who traveled with her parents from babyhood I appreciate the global exposure my parents gave me. The memories are worth it but I know that while you go through it, it’s hard!!! God bless you all! It generally gets better with age…. But the younger you start with them, the quicker it becomes second nature.
Wow those family photos are so beautiful. No matter the amount from the hospital bill, that trip was still amazing. Its all an experience. Also, you know everything is in Gods hands. Rest in him more. such a beautiful family.
These beautiful babies are absolutely blessed to have excellent parents like you and Yvette!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Beleaf, You're raw, transparent and Authentic so with you being real, you can easily share the flaws. Others would go crazy if their truth, struggles and flaws get out, that's why you don't see it! You are the truth King! 💪🏾🙏🏾❤️
You took the most important person!!! JESUS ❤️🙏🏾🙌🏾 you did everything you or a nanny or any help could of done. Stayed calm faithful and loving .
Always take benadryl, tylenol, and bug spray! Sometimes mosquitoes in different places have a different effect on foreigners than locals.
I love tour videos. The shower part had me dying. My kid used to come out of the shower with dirty feet! How is that possible but she did it. Lol. My kid also had breathing issues a lot. It gets real scary sometimes. The hospital kicked me out of the room because I was too emotional. Keep up the great work. Yall are amazing parents!
We appreciate the fact that you share the highs and the true lows in your beautiful family’s life. Some CZcams families are not even close to transparent regarding day to day life.
“Uhh… I still smell funk.” One hand in the air, head cocked in an ‘I swear to God’ position had me crying. I also had to rewind a couple times, because I thought he was saying ‘what’, not ‘butt’. That kid knew exactly what you were asking. He is such a riot. It really stinks that everybody got sick on your trip. I’m glad everybody was OK, and that you were able to still be in the moment and enjoy each other when you could! They will remember the laughter far longer and stronger than any suffering. Mainly because you were there for them every second while they were sick. All the best to your family. You guys are incredible
I'm praying for Anaya, poor baby girl 🥺 get better.
You all made the best of your vacation situation.
I went through so many emotions watching this video!! 🥹I’m just glad that the babies are feeling better!
And I tell you I have real tears in my eyes watching this and hearing Anaya oh my gosh!
Bro I truly admire this brother. He is an amazing father and his decisions are incredible. Love You Bro.
I’m so glad the kids are ok. I was diagnosed with asthma when I was 6. Since my grandmother was a nurse she gave me daily breathing exercises to help strengthen my lung function, which did help. It may be something you can research online and definitely talk to their pediatrician about. The flight and extended time wearing masks may have also contributed to their episodes. Keep us posted.
Uzi's personality, intelligence and strong character reminds me of my 4 year old Emmie. She came out the womb fighting and demanding her space. I admire her strength and my husand and I definitely encourage it since she is a female. We want her to know her power and hold her space in this world. It's amazing how children from the same parents can be so different. Our son who is 10 years older, we only have the Two kids, is such a different child. He is a man of few words and very sensitive. He doesn't take space unless you put him in that space and guide him to hold it. Just trying to raise up strong kids into strong adults that make this world a better place. Thanks for your videos my husband also thinks Uzi is an awesome kid.
I truly respect and admire your convictions, your faith, your team work with your wife to raise such a beautiful family. This is so beautiful to watch and learn
The honesty of your vlogs inspires me more than i can say! I am a single mum to 2 boys (9&3), both with severe complex health needs, physical complications and my eldest has Autism and ADHD. We took a trip earlier this year, to a family holiday complex in the UK, called Butlins. I was lucky enough that my mum was able to come with us, as i wouldnt have been able to do it alone. The first night, my eldest couldnt handle some of the changes to his normal routines, which resulted in a huge breakdown and him wanting to go home. We calmed him and managed to convince him we should all stay (my mum was ready to take him home for me). The 3rd morning, we went to breakfast, and my youngest came over very poorly (turned out to be gastroenteritis). He wasnt able to leave the apartment we were staying in, due to how unwell he was. We couldnt leave to go home, my brother had brought us and was taking us home, but he worked all week so wasnt able to get us early. And due to the nature of my youngests illness, we couldnt risk taking him on public transport. My mum took main care of him in the apartment, so i could try and give my eldest some of the holiday experience we had hoped for. By the time we got home, i was so worn out, i felt physically and emotionally drained. BUT, my eldest hugged me, thanked me and said how many happy memories he had made, even though I had thought it would all be negative in his mind! Theres no way i could have coped on that trip without my Mum! She is my support in so many ways! So i guess i just really wanted to say thank you for showing an honest representation f what holidays with children can be like! Its not always happy and positive experiences all the way! Im hoping all of the chocolate babies are feeling better now, and im glad you managed to enjoy some of your break away! The photoshoot looks amazing! Love from the UK and an often overwhelmed, but always thankful, mummy! Keep up the fab vlogs!
I‘m so glad everyone made it back safe and healthy, those doctor‘s bills must be tough. I hope you get all the support you need from the subscribers and patrons.
There’s my baby boy, front and center. I know this will be eventful and full of life experience.
Holy cow Glenn. I can't imagine this. Uzi is so sweet. Poor Anaya. It's unusual what happened to you. Our families did it on their own with 4 kids also.
I’m so glad to see uzi and Anaya feeling better now prayers for them 🥺🥺
I've been thinking of the family since it was mentioned that there was illness/hospital visit after the hike, hoping everyone's ok, will be relieved to know it. ❤
Beleaf you must be my long lost twin, because the way we be on the same page with things, most things at that. 🥰 You have a beautiful mindset and personality. I totally agree that if you live in the right area and your home become your dream home, you don't have to travel out of state or out of country to have fun and enjoy yourself. Keep doing what you are doing! 💪🏾💪🏾❤️🙏🏾
So sorry this happened. My sons are allergic to numerous food and environmental factors. We had them tested for allergies. We chose to avoid the numerous things they're allergic to when they were growing up. We had a similar experience when they were young. We resumed long distance travel when the got older(pre-teen age).
Now they're adults and know what to avoid. So Thankful that there haven't been any allergic incidents!
I’m glad the babies are okay… beautiful family. You guys are great parents…God bless!!!!!!!
Y'all are just awesome. I swear that your family is like carbon copy of mine. God bless you.
This is soo beautiful to actually see a family interact
Those sunset pictures are amazing. What a beautiful family!
Love this family. Constant prayers of covering upon you. Yes my son went through the same thing. No diagnosis of asthma because he was 2 even though he had asthma. Usually with eczema there will be asthma. He is 8 now. Thriving well. Occasionally we have asthma issues and we don’t have preventative meds. Lol. My son and have the body washing conversation all the time 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Looks to me like you guys did great! Life doesn't end when you're on vacation. You handled your business and got to make some amazing memories with your precious family... and you all came home safe❤ praise God
I remember the feeling when my son would break out with his asthma attacks when he was little. Taking kids on trips when that happens is the worst but I would do the same as you if it got to be too bad, I would take him to the hospital. Hopefully, they will grow out of it or it lessens as they get older. Still looks like a great and memorable experience for the whole family!👏🏾❤
Over 100 👍 before the video even premieres!! THAT’S LOVE!! 🥰🥰
I just hit empty nester mode. We waited to travel when they were older once we had similar expenses as you all. It worked.
All praises the family is back healthy. Asthma is super scary. We love family trips! We’re doing our first huge road trip in November. We’ll be going across five states!
Flying usually is the problem. There are so many germs on the plane on in the air of the plane. Its a problem for asmatic people. I stopped flying because I got sick each and every time.
Glad the kids started feeling better

Aww man I was so happy that the kids were going to get to experience Hawaii, im so sorry it didn't turn out as expected but thank God for his covering and protection over your kids🙏🏽 and also for allowing you and your wife to be in a good financial situation to be able to handle this without hurting the family. I will say a prayer for the kids health.
Honestly? The things that I do to protect myself & my family is A) make sure I get a new refill of my EPI-pen (eg. I'm allergic to 1/2 the planet), B) make sure we have our medical & dental insurance cards with us, C) map out the nearest hospital & D) call my insurance to make sure they're in NETWORK.
My last trip with the family -- My Mom got sick & didn't have enough energy to get OUT of bed for the first (4) days out of a (7) day trip. Mercy!!!!
The love and patience you all have for your children is amazing. I know being a helicopter mommybi wouldn't have handled a situation like this well. I know your children will have these memories for a lifetime and the blessings of love are greater!
I love that you share your truth , this is what makes me love your channel. I am happy you guys had some great times on your vacation. The reality is, these kinds of things happen…the unexpected.
