Beautiful home, I hope it becomes the families. I had done the same thing as you, where I remodeled my master bath and it was gorgeous! My friends knew that was my room. I did everything that I would ever want in a bathroom. Two years later I decided to move from the cold of Wisconsin and go to my favorite place to vacation, the beaches of Alabama. I got a beautiful house but the bathrooms suck, terribly.

You’ve got ample space for the family ( love watching these babies living their best lil lives) , SpanISH tile roofing, outdoor living space , palm trees a plenty , bougainvillea all around, a huge family space, a nice sized backyard to play and grow food in and the perfect climate to grow it year round.. and even extra space for US to come visit and stay overnight when we come home cousins 😂!! May God bless you to snatch this up and provide all you need so that it doesn’t hurt your pockets.

That garden is heavenly!! Broke my heart when Yvette said she wanted to cut down some of the trees for a pool 😭 I get it but gardens are a vibe especially when there is an abundance of fruit trees.
Yes!! Fruit trees and gardens are the gift that will keep giving. Idk why ppl love cutting down trees for pools!! It’s the weirdest thing for me!!
Trees (especially fruit bearing trees) are precious and take years to grow! Here in Ireland we have an oak tree opposite our house and almost every year the leaves fall on our yard. I would never cut it down though as it's 180 years old and sown by my great great great great uncle Neddy. It was here before us and it'll be here after us 🌳
Yvette and the family seem to really love nature and being outside, plus the garden is what sold it to her. Maybe she just meant cut back rather than cut down
She wasn't speaking on cutting the area where the fruit trees were, if I saw it correctly it was in an area with plain trees and some barren area. The kids have been taking swimming lessons and why not have your own pool. The back yard looks large enough for the pool, fruit trees, treehouse and the firepit, it's a really big yard.
@@theeggtimertictic1136 yes I love that!! Eating fruit from the trees my grandfather planted (and my uncle sells for money and gives to his kids) feels so special. It’s like an inheritance when you plant a flourishing garden.
The house is great! What I loved most was the kids reactions to the space, their ability to dream and see the space as their own. It was such a beautiful thing to see their excitement of a new adventure 💕

We actually are in this exact situation. We’ve been doing a lot of improvements on our house and recently did a ~$25k backyard renovation that we haven’t even gotten to enjoy yet. Two weeks ago we found a house that we fell in love with, long story short we just accept an offer on our current home. I have no idea how we even started looking at houses in the first place lol.

This reminds me of the time our parents took us along everytime they considered buying a new home (which is 3 major upgrades in three decades). My father passed away within months of us moving in the house we currently live in. One of the finest properties in the poshest locality. He literally put his blood, sweat and soul into this house. He never got to really enjoy this but made sure his kids do. Thank you for sharing this video with us and thank you for being a great father. Made me relive those wonderful memories we made with our father. 😇 Wish you and yours great joy and happiness.

I was thinking the same thing - I'm a realtor in Michigan and my clients usually aren't measuring spaces with their tape measure (Did y'all peep Glen with his tape measure out?) until their offer has been accepted, they're through inspections, and now get to start planning furniture buying so it's delivered in time for closing!

Looks good to me! The space is great and the backyard is phenomenal! If it's any consolation we have done upgrades to homes that we left behind. Yes it's hard but that is part of moving forward.

I used to live in California and this property is so spacious it makes it look like you're in Oregon or Washington.
Having fruit trees is always a plus and maybe it interests one of your kids to learn more about those trees/care for them. That's kinda a dream home that I would like someday, but being newly wed/married just two years that is a bit of a way out.

When my now 22 year old was in 5th and 6th grade he too would wear sports coats!! Sometimes with a TIE… mostly clip on.. I can’t tie a tie.. my husband can. He looked cute!!!
