Hi y’all, I’ve been listening to your podcast on Spotify for over a year now (so glad the podcast was revived btw). Anyway just wanted to say I was really touched by this particular podcast and it reminds me of how we look at others as well and their own “weight”. This was a wonderful reminder that everyone has their own problems/issues that they might be dealing with but it may not look like it on the outside. I think it’s important to practice compassion and empathy and realise that everything may not be as they seem on the external/outside.

If nobody told you Mrs Melanin, know that we're proud of you for keeping yourself in shape despite the busy life. I know it's a daily decision and not easy.
About the weights, I do pull mine but I wouldn't dream about pulling my husband's. The way he's aggressively grinding and making money out there, I could never. I always say I think as a woman I have it easier.
